“From a young age, I have been proud that my mother is a Dawn Technology worker.” On August 19, at the 14th scholarship award ceremony held by Dawn Group for students who excelled in the college entrance examination, You Zitian, a representative of the employees’ children and a student who was admitted to Beijing Jiaotong University for postgraduate studies, said that as a “veteran” who participated in the event for the second time, the outdoor training and the charity scholarship would inspire him to practice the “Three Beings and Three Doings” spirit of Dawn and strive to become a pillar of society and the country.

According to reports, since 2013, every August, Dawn Group organizes outdoor training activities and scholarship distribution for the children of its employees who have been admitted to universities that year, as well as children from five villages surrounding the company. Outstanding Dawn Group graduates also share their growth experiences with the students. Over the past 14 years, Dawn Group has distributed more than 780,000 yuan in scholarships, demonstrating its commitment to "developing the company, ensuring employee well-being, and giving back to society" through concrete actions.

At the launch ceremony, Liu Lili, Vice President of Dawn Group, extended warm congratulations to the students and gave a detailed introduction to the company's culture, development history, social contributions, and long-term support and care for education, encouraging them to strive for excellence in their academic pursuits. After the ceremony, the students visited the Dawn Group headquarters and the Longkou (Dawn) New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park, turning the "Dawn strength" shown in the promotional video into a tangible experience.

The children of employees, entering their parents' workplaces, uttered simple yet sincere words, expressing their understanding of their parents' work and their pride as members of the Dawn family. Those engaging team-building exercises helped everyone learn information sharing and teamwork through relay collaboration, enhancing their awareness of team communication and coordination.

Sun Mengyuan, a technical R&D staff member at Shandong Dawn Polymer Co., Ltd, shared her growth experiences from campus to workplace as a representative of college students. After joining the company, she learned that the systematic training helped newcomers quickly adapt to their new roles. She encouraged her juniors, saying, "University is a 'stepping stone' to pursuing dreams, but also a 'foundation' for success. When opportunities arise, be eager, competitive, and proactive; when difficulties arise, be resilient, determined, and willing to take risks.
