On April 21, CHINAPLAS 2026, the International Rubber and Plastics Exhibition, grandly opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Hongqiao) in Shanghai. The Dawn Group booth (Hall 6.2, C01) and the Dawn Hanguang booth (Hall 4.2, C02) showcased their new technologies, processes, and products based on the "One Circle, Three Chains" model, demonstrating their high-end, intelligent, and green innovation achievements, and working hand in hand with customers to shape a sustainable future. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of the Group, provided guidance on the exhibition and received important clients.

As a leading global event for the plastics and rubber industry, this year's exhibition lasts for four days, focusing on the theme of "Transformation, Collaboration, and Sustainable Development." The exhibition reaches a new record in scale, bringing together more than 5,000 high-quality exhibitors from home and abroad. The number of exhibitors increases by 11% compared to the 2024 Shanghai exhibition, showcasing the world's smart, green, and cutting-edge innovative technologies and achievements, and fully demonstrating the industry's strong resilience and development vitality.

At this exhibition, Dawn's booth focused on a one-stop service ecosystem for the chemical and plastics industry, showcasing the latest achievements in the polymer new materials industry chain, titanium industry chain, and chemical equipment industry chain. "When we participate in the exhibition, we must be good at learning and integrating, strengthen publicity, empower our brands, manage our 'one circle' well, develop our 'three chains' well, and create value for our customers," Chairman Yu Xiaoning emphasized during the pre-exhibition mobilization.

Among the visitors on the first day of the exhibition were social organizations, large state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, and nearly 20 well-known international companies.

Dawn Chemical's core customer signed a 2,500-ton order on-site; Dawn Polymer's French customer had in-depth exchanges on the application and promotion of recycled materials (PCR); Dawn's international trading team received customers covering key markets in Asia, Europe, Southeast Asia, South America, and the Middle East, with customers from countries along the "Belt and Road Initiative" accounting for about 55%.

It is worth mentioning that all the customers received at the Dawn Hanguang booth clearly locked in core products. Italian customers reached a stable supply intention, and many customers from Russia, Turkey, India and other countries made clear plans for sample testing and small-batch trial orders, all of which demonstrated the international style of the Dawn brand.

At the beginning of this year, Ningbo SK Synthetic Rubber Co., Ltd. joined the Dawn family, marking Dawn Group as the first private enterprise in China to use vanadium-based solution polymerization technology to produce ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber.

On the evening of the first day of the exhibition, Dawn Polymer held an EPDM distributor awarding ceremony. "We will work with everyone to promote the EPDM business to a wider range of high-end markets such as home appliances, automobiles, and rail transportation, and jointly create the most competitive industrial ecosystem with more efficient and low-carbon solutions, sharing the golden age of new materials development," said Tian Hongchi, General Manager of Dawn Polymer.
