On April 18, Dawn Group held its Q1 2026 Business Analysis Meeting at the Dawn Business School, themed "Striving for a Strong Start and Seizing the Momentum." The meeting aimed to comprehensively analyze and summarize the company's performance in Q1, deeply explore current problems and challenges, scientifically plan for Q2 work, and launch a full-scale campaign to achieve "Double half" of the targets and secure a "successful first half" in the coming year. The main venue was in Longkou, Shandong, with 11 video conference venues at home and abroad. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

According to the operational analysis report presented by Wang Yongfang, Vice President of Dawn Group, the group seized market opportunities and achieved a successful start in the first quarter, with many key indicators reaching record highs and a significant improvement in operational quality. During the awards ceremony, one business segment and four operating units received the top prize for overall ranking; three operating units received the profit-generating award; four units received the double-growth award; two business segments and 14 operating units received the "Successful Start" award; and one unit received the "Rising Star in Profitability" award. The award winners were recognized and honored.

Vice President Wang Yongfang pointed out that it was necessary to build consensus and quickly convey and implement the spirit of Chairman Yu Xiaoning's speech; to determine the Group's "15th Five-Year Plan" strategic plan and embark on a new journey of high-quality development; to focus on operational shortcomings and make every effort to improve quality and efficiency; to strengthen execution guarantees and create an efficient and collaborative operational system; to accelerate project implementation and achieve production and efficiency as soon as possible; to strictly adhere to compliance bottom lines and build a solid risk prevention and control barrier; and to strengthen safety and environmental management and consolidate the foundation for development.

In his speech, Chairman Yu Xiaoning pointed out that it was necessary to anchor strategic goals, view the overall situation from a new perspective, break down barriers with new reforms, plan for the long term with renewed determination, win the market with new strategies, and achieve a decisive victory in the first half of the year with a new offensive. He emphasized that the "good start" must be substantial, and a clear mind must be needed even amidst applause. He encouraged to deepen organizational reform, enhance combat effectiveness through organization, and build an efficient and collaborative combat system; to treat planning as a military order, ensuring clear direction, high-quality products, and practical pathways; to practice the business philosophy, leverage four major advantages, and create seven high-end products; to use tools to ensure execution, leverage digital intelligence to win the future, and judge success by results.

Chairman Yu Xiaoning expressed his hope that all management cadres and employees would keep their mission in mind, strictly adhere to the guiding principles of "innovating business models, improving basic management, building seven high-ends, solidifying four cores, creating value for customers, and achieving Dawn Group's leapfrog development goals," maintain keen insight and decisive action, and go all out to achieve the second quarter's business objectives with greater enthusiasm, higher morale, and a more pragmatic style, making greater contributions to the company's high-quality development.
