A few days ago, Zeng Yufan, Secretary of the Longfeng District Committee of Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, visited Daqing Hanguang Industry Co., Ltd. to conduct research, deeply promote regional industrial upgrading, provide precise services for the development of key enterprises, understand the company's production and operation, technological innovation, project construction and safety production, and coordinate and solve development problems on-site, encouraging and empowering the company to stabilize growth and promote innovation. Officials from relevant departments of the District Committee accompanied the research.

According to reports, in May 2025, Dawn Group and Jiangsu Hanguang Industry Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement on an antioxidant project. The project leverages the Longkou (Dawn) New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park to build a high-value-added antioxidant industry project, using it as its headquarters production base and core industry, with two production bases in Daqing and Yixing. Through a dual-engine approach of "mergers and acquisitions + new capacity construction," the project will deeply integrate the channel, technology, and resource advantages of both companies, fostering more disruptive achievements and achieving leadership in niche markets.

Accompanied by company leaders, Secretary Zeng Yufan visited the production workshop and central control room, gaining a detailed understanding of Hanguang Industry’s technological R&D, capacity expansion, market development, and patent commercialization in new materials and antioxidants, supported by Daqing’s oil-to-chemicals industrial framework. He listened carefully to the company's reports on production and operation, industrial chain extension, talent introduction and cultivation, and future development plans, and fully affirmed the company's achievements in cultivating the fine chemical industry, adhering to technological innovation, and filling the gaps in regional industries.
