On January 23rd, the Dawn Group Chemical Equipment Industry Chain Conference and the Annual Meeting of the Yantai Longgang Pump Co., Ltd. & Yantai Chemical Design Institute were held in Yantai, Shandong Province. The event aimed to continuously deepen the chain collaboration and manufacturing capabilities in the field of high-end chemical equipment, build a stronger and more open industrial ecosystem, and transform the companies in the chain into a community with a shared future that is interdependent and mutually empowering, thereby promoting the high-end breakthrough, green development, and intelligent empowerment of the chemical equipment industry.

Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group; Song Huidong, Vice President and Head of Financial Investment; Qiu Huanling, Vice President; Wang Yankun, Head of Related Enterprises; and heads of relevant functional departments and operating units; Chen Peilun, Chairman of Longgang Pump; Wang Hongtao, Chairman of Yantai Chemical Design Institute; Li Jianpeng, Chairman of Dongpeng Automation; Wang Weikai, General Manager of Kaifengyuan; and more than 400 representatives of cadres and employees of chemical equipment industry chain companies and partners attended the meeting.

The meeting commenced with the resounding melody of "The Dawn Anthem." Heads of Longgang Pump's finance, sales, engineering, technology, and PMC departments delivered their work reports in sequence. Relevant leaders from Dawn Jinggong Intelligent Company presented updates on project progress, team building, and work plans, while the head of Yantai Chemical Design Institute reported on operational management, business development, and future planning. These presentations vividly demonstrated the vigorous and upward development momentum of the enterprises within the industrial chain.

"You are the team that pioneers new frontiers and charges ahead, and all your efforts deserve to be seen and remembered." Outstanding employee and Longgang Pump business representative Sun Pengpeng stated that today’s honor will not lead to complacency or slackness, but will only motivate the sales team to strive even harder. Workshop representative Qu Weihua emphasized that every production task is closely tied to product quality and the company’s performance, and the team will strictly adhere to production standards and technical requirements, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled. "I will continue to stay rooted in my profession, embrace responsibility, grow alongside the team within the 'people-oriented' culture, hone my skills through 'customer-first' service, and contribute value in the atmosphere of 'cooperation and win-win.'" The words of Yantai Chemical Design Institute employee Rong Bingying echoed the sentiments of the broader workforce.

During the keynote speech session for leading enterprises of the chemical equipment industry chain, Li Jianpeng, Chairman of Dongpeng Automation, stated, "Relying on the platform advantages of the Dawn Group, we have become the largest and most comprehensive automation instrument enterprise in Shandong Province in just three years." The joint hosting of the annual meeting by enterprises within the chain for the first time marks a critical milestone in deeply integrating into Dawn's "One Circle, Three Chains" strategic layout and initiating collaborative development of the industrial chain. It is a meeting of strategic significance. "In the future, we will establish a more closely-knit and efficient collaboration system to truly achieve a synergistic effect where '1+1>2.'"

Wang Hongtao, Chairman of Yantai Chemical Design Institute,  stated that, taking this annual meeting as an opportunity, leading enterprises in the chain will establish a regular communication mechanism to share project information, technological achievements, and market resources. During the luncheon, management and employees presented a rich and diverse array of performances. Vice President Song Huidong delivered a speech on behalf of the Dawn Group and Chairman Yu Xiaoning. He remarked, "We are gathered here today for an annual meeting, but we have grown acquainted and connected through a shared industrial vision. Vice President Song Huidong emphasized that Dawn Group, with its focus on the "One Circle, Three Chains" strategy and anchoring the goal of "Ten Thousand Talents, Trillion Revenue," has positioned the chemical equipment industry chain as one of its three core chains. Within the Longkou (Dawn) New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park, a 500-mu high-end chemical equipment industrial park is being planned, featuring the construction of an intelligent manufacturing project for high-end stainless steel pumps and valves.
