On the afternoon of January 14th, Ningbo SK Synthetic Rubber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dawn Ningbo Company), which had just joined Dawn, held its first organizational restructuring and cadre appointment meeting with the theme of "Integrating Hearts and Minds, Embarking on New Journeys".

Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, along with Vice Presidents Wang Yongfang, Song Huidong, and Liu Lili, and Tian Hongchi, General Manager of Dawn Polymer and Chairman of Dawn Ningbo Company, attended the meeting both in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, and remotely from the headquarters in Longkou, Shandong Province. Heads of relevant departments from Dawn Group and Dawn Polymer, Jin Qianduo, General Manager of Dawn Ningbo Company, Zhang Xingzhong, Hu Jian, and Pan Yongjie, Deputy General Managers, and all second-line and above employees participated in the meeting.

The convening of this appointment meeting stemmed from Dawn Polymer's previous acquisition of an 80% stake and related patent technologies in Ningbo SK Synthetic Rubber Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of South Korea's SK Group. This move not only became a focal point of news in the petrochemical industry but also marked Dawn Polymer's official entry into the ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber market, making it the first private enterprise in China to utilize vanadium-based solution polymerization technology to produce EPDM rubber. "The newly appointed cadres carry the trust and responsibility of the company, and shoulder the glorious mission of integrating resources, stabilizing operations, and achieving synergistic efficiency," said Vice President Liu Lili, clearly defining the responsibilities and duties of the new team.

"This is my third visit to the Ningbo company, and each time I feel a fresh perspective," said General Manager Tian Hongchi. He noted that over the past decade, the Ningbo company has focused on the R&D and production of EPDM, accumulating a strong reputation and deep technological foundation within the industry. "Everyone should take this appointment meeting as an opportunity to understand the current situation, set clear goals, optimize the organization to solidify the foundation for development, and fully leverage the decisive role of cadres; motivate the team, unite hearts and minds, and create a strong atmosphere of hard work and entrepreneurship.
