On the afternoon of December 30th, Dawn Group held a meeting to discuss organizational restructuring and cadre appointments at its trade and logistics divisions, including Dawn Hanguang Chemical Co., Ltd. and Yixing Baolong New Materials Co., Ltd. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, and Vice Presidents Wang Yongfang, Song Huidong, Wang Keyou, Liu Lili, and Xie Yuntao attended the meeting. Heads of relevant functional departments of Dawn Group, as well as heads of divisions and related companies, participated in the meeting. Gu Faming, Chairman of Dawn Hanguang Chemical Co., Ltd., and Yu Haiyang, General Manager, along with some cadres and employees from Daqing Hanguang Industrial Co., Ltd. and Yixing Baolong New Materials Co., Ltd., participated remotely via video conference.

Previously, in May, Dawn Group reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Jiangsu Hanguang Industry Limited Liability Company. Relying on the Longkou (Dawn) New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park, the two companies jointly established Dawn Hanguang Chemical Co., Ltd in Longkou to build a high-value-added antioxidant industry project, which will serve as the headquarters production base and core industry, with two production bases in Daqing and Yixing.

According to Gu Faming, Chairman of Dawn Hanguang Chemical Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Hanguang Industry Limited Liability Company was founded in 1984, has been focusing on plastic antioxidants and oil refining additives two major fields for more than 40 years. It is the first domestic enterprise to fully replace imported antioxidants and is a strategic cooperative supplier for large petrochemical enterprises such as PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC. It has made contributions to the full localization of antioxidants in Chinese high-end polyolefin industry.

Vice President Liu Lili, who chaired the meeting in Yixing, Jiangsu, stated that the staff and employees of Yixing Baolong New Materials Co., Ltd. were highly motivated and full of hope for joint development with Dawn. Chairman Gu Faming immediately displayed Dawn's management profile and series of cultural concepts and the Dawn spirit in prominent locations in the factory and office areas. He said, "We believe that our staff and employees will quickly adopt the Group's various operating philosophies, quickly overcome the adjustment period, and deliver outstanding results for Dawn Hanguang Chemical and Dawn Group as soon as possible."

Standing at a new historical starting point, what are the plans for the next five years? Chairman Gu Faming stated that the company aims to become a "world-class antioxidant manufacturer and the leading domestic supplier of plastic additives." In the Longkou (Dawn) New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park, they will realize the full-chain production of high value-added plastic additives. Leveraging Dawn's influence, they will cooperate with major petrochemical companies to promote the mutual supply of raw materials and carry out customized production, and also cooperate with upstream enterprises to ensure the pipeline transportation of raw materials and the supply of products through inter-wall channels. The Daqing base will utilize the local petrochemical raw material advantages to expand the production of raw materials for antioxidants and chemical raw materials. The Yixing base will expand and strengthen the production of compound antioxidants and the research and development of new products.

Chairman Yu Xiaoning welcomed everyone to the Dawn family and congratulated the newly appointed cadres. He pointed out that the cooperation between the two companies was a proactive response to the call in the national new materials industry development plan to "break through the 'bottleneck' technologies of key additives," and would help to chemically integrate the core capabilities of both sides, achieving a synergistic effect of "1+1>2." In the future, the two companies will deeply integrate their channel, technology, and resource advantages to provide customers with polyolefin product development, production technology guidance, polyolefin product customization, product sales, and downstream customer services, helping Dawn build a one-stop service ecosystem for the chemical and plastics industry.
