On September 29th, Dawn Polymer and Dawn Titanium Industry Co., Ltd organized fun sports events to foster a sense of national pride and unity among employees. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, attended the event and delivered a speech. Xiao Hui, Liu Lili, and Wang Yongfang, leaders of Dawn Group, participated in the event.

Dawn Polymer: Turning Sports Passion into Practical Motivation

On the morning of the event, executives and employees of Dawn Polymer gathered at the Dawn University Student Apartments to host a fun sports event, celebrating the company culture and promoting the “Unity, Hard Work, and Pursuit of Excellence” spirit of Dawn. Over 100 executives and employees from Longkou business units of Dawn Polymer participated.

During the opening ceremony, Chairman Yu Xiaoning addressed the current economic situation and reminded everyone of their mission to "Develop the enterprise, bring happiness to employees, and give back to society." He encouraged all staff to cultivate a hardworking attitude, develop exercise habits, and strengthen their action-oriented work style. After his remarks, the games officially began.

The sports event included basketball, badminton, jump rope/featherball 200-meter relay, and table tennis. Three teams were formed from employees: the "Voyage Team" of 2024 new graduates, the "Assault Team" of 2023 graduates, and the "Progress Team" of veteran employees. Executives of Dawn Polymer joined the games alongside new and seasoned employees, adding excitement and laughter to the event.

After intense and enjoyable competition, the "Progress Team" took the first place in basketball, women’s singles/mixed doubles badminton, relay race, and men’s singles table tennis. The "Voyage Team" secured the first place in women’s singles table tennis and men’s singles badminton.

In the closing remarks, Executive Vice President Wang Zefang encouraged employees to continue embodying the spirit of "Unity, Hard Work, and Pursuit of Excellence," strive for more honors in their work and future activities, and contribute to the company's bright future.

Dawn Titanium: Displaying the Spirit of Hard Work and Progress

On the same morning, the sports event of Dawn Titanium Industry Company took place, with red flags waving and a vibrant atmosphere. This event used competition as a medium to enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of all cadres and employees, and promote the healthy and rapid development of the company.

During the event, after five competitions including tug-of-war, back-to-back dribbling, bag jumping relay, three-brick crossing, and balloon blowing, the participants sweated and released their passion, demonstrating the Dawn spirit of "unity, hard work, and pursuit of excellence."

After fierce and fun competition, a total of 26 employees won the first prizes, while 52 received the second and the third prizes. All participants received participation awards. Employees expressed their commitment to turning the energy from the event into work motivation and passion to achieve their annual operational goals and deliver a satisfactory answer to Dawn Group.

Chairman Yu Xiaoning praised the enthusiasm and participation of all employees. He said that the titanium industry was at a pivotal stage of expansion and success, and he called for continued adherence to the business philosophy of "Product-rooted, People-oriented, Technology-led, Customer-centric."
