October 1st is the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. On that day, Dawn Group held a flag-raising ceremony and project observation activities to foster an atmosphere of patriotism and pioneering spirit, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the company's high-quality development. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, along with Xiao Hui, Executive Vice President, attended the event and delivered speeches. Relevant leaders of the board of directors, members of Dawn Group's leadership team, heads of various functional departments, business units in Longkou, as well as party members and employee representatives participated in the event.

At 7:30 a.m., nearly 300 Dawn employees gathered at the Dawn SWT Plant for the flag-raising ceremony. Chairman Yu Xiaoning delivered a speech under the national flag, emphasizing the need to stay committed to the group's strategic goals within the nation's broader context. He highlighted the importance of harnessing the four major advantages—research, industry, park, and talent—by focusing on the polymer new materials industry chain, titanium industry chain, and chemical equipment industry chain. Yu encouraged employees to remain patriotic, seize the moment, take responsibility, and strive for the company’s mission of "developing the enterprise, bringing happiness to employees, and giving back to society."

After the flag-raising ceremony, Dawn Group organized park project observation activities, aiming to exchange business management experience, improve management and control capabilities, and ensure that existing production capacity is fully released, completed projects reach production and efficiency, projects under construction are put into production as scheduled, and proposed projects are built as soon as possible.

Participants visited nine key sites to assess the progress of major industrial projects and digital transformation efforts. The first phase of Dawn Polymer’s material expansion project has notably increased production capacity, positioning the company at the forefront of the industry. After evaluations, Dawn Polymer ranked first in this inspection tour. The event also selected two second-prize winners, two third-prize winners, and four excellence awards.

On the morning of September 29th, the Longkou Branch of Yantai City High-Quality Development Major Project Construction Promotion Conference was held at Dawn high-performance PCTG, TPU, and polyol project site. Executive Vice President Xiao Hui stressed the importance of project construction and production efficiency as a system-wide endeavor. He urged that executives to take the lead, decision-makers to act swiftly, departments to coordinate effectively, and business units to work together in ensuring the achievement of targets.

The site visit was not only a tribute to National Day but also a motivational push for the final quarter. The rallying cry for reaching annual goals has already sounded, and the only way forward is to press ahead without retreat. Participants were encouraged to embrace a unified mindset, roll up their sleeves, work hard, and race against time with determination and persistence. With the spirit of leaving lasting marks and ensuring success, Dawn aims to meet its targets and deliver impressive results during this critical year of the "14th Five-Year Plan."
