On the morning of March 1st, at the 2024 High-Quality Development Mobilization Conference held in Longkou Economic Development Zone (Longgang Street), Dawn Group was honored as the "Outstanding Tax Contributor Enterprise," "Outstanding Project Investment Contributor Enterprise," and "Outstanding Foreign Trade Contributor Enterprise" for the year 2023. Executive Vice President Xiao Hui went on stage to accept the awards and delivered a speech.

The strength of the enterprise continues to improve. In the just concluded year of 2023, Dawn Group fully leveraged its four major advantages in research, industry, park development, and talent cultivation, continuously deepened its involvement in the industrial chain, product chain, and enterprise chain, and created characteristic industrial clusters with "chain thinking". Its ranking on various strong enterprise lists has climbed higher and stronger, demonstrating its increasingly high-quality development.

Highlights in project construction are emerging frequently. During the observation activities of high-quality development projects in Yantai and Longkou, Dawn's New Material Science and Technology Industrial Park project and the New Material Expansion Project were particularly outstanding. Serving as exemplary cases of Dawn's strategy of attracting investment through industrial parks, industries, and funds, the manufacturing level and product performance of the Shandong Dongpeng Automatic Control Instrument Co., Ltd project earned praise from leaders at all levels.

Foreign trade work achieves new records again. Employees of Dawn International Trading Company were appointed as special supervisors by Longkou Customs, and the company was awarded the plaque of "Model Enterprise for China Customs Trade Prosperity Survey (Import)". For the first time, foreign employees were recruited in India. Leveraging the advantages of advanced customs certifications, the volume of imports and exports achieved "double-digit" growth, reaching a new high in the total import and export value, thereby enhancing the international visibility of Dawn brand.

In his speech, Gao Jingyu, member of the Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor, pointed out that Longkou Development Zone (Longgang Street) as the main battlefield and stronghold for the city's economic development, should take the lead in high-quality development, set the benchmark, and make contributions. He hopes that the Development Zone (Longgang Street) will take the lead, set an example, open up new horizons, and make contributions in promoting various tasks, thus achieving a "new height" for the western city.

The expansion project of Dawn New Materials, the construction of Dawn New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park, and the construction of supporting infrastructure such as Beizao Road have been key topics mentioned in the meeting. "The Development Zone (Longgang Street) should shoulder heavy responsibilities in the overall development of the city. Dawn must play a leading role in the western city," said Executive Vice President Xiao Hui. He expressed that in the new year, they must seize the opportunities, accumulate the strength, and gather the momentum to continue strengthening competitive advantages,  and contribute more "Dawn power" to the high-quality development of the economy and society.
