On October 6th, Dawn Group held an observation of enterprises in the park, the commissioning ceremony of Shuanglong Chemical and discussion and exchange activities with the theme "Celebrating with the Nation, Marching with Dawn, Contributing to the Industry, and Striving for Excellence." , which aimed to intensify the atmosphere of "Comparing, Learning, Catching up, Helping and Surpassing", boost the morale, gather the strength, and sound the charge to "Struggle for the fourth quarter and achieve the goal of whole year".

The event was attended by Zhao Jing, Vice Mayor of Longkou City, Qin Yi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Longkou Economic Development Zone and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Longgang Sub-district, Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, as well as Xiao Hui, Executive Vice President, and members of Dawn Group's leadership team. At 8 o'clock in the morning that day, the cadres and employees participating in the event gathered on the west side of Building 1 of Dawn Group and kicked off the on-site observation. Participants visited various operating units including Dawn Zhoushi company, Dongpeng Automated Instrument Co., Ltd, Dawn Real Estate company, Dawn SWT, Dawn Polymer, Dawn Special Elastomers company, Dawn Mold Plastic company, Dawn Biodegradable Materials company, Dawn Titanium, Dawn New Building Materials company, Shuanglong Chemical company's branch and the main factory. They had the opportunity to experience the excellent results achieved by these operating units in 6S on-site management and project construction, and collectively shared advanced management experiences.

At the production ceremony of Shuanglong Chemical Company, the company's General Manager, Chi Weiqi, reviewed the company's developmental journey and transformation since joining Dawn. He stated, "After the formal production commencement of Shuanglong Chemical, we will continue to improve our production equipment and processes, attract top-notch management and technical talents, create higher-quality Ultramarine products, further expand overseas markets, and prepare for capacity expansion projects. We aim to revive this old brand that has weathered nearly half a century of challenges, and build a leading domestic and world-class ultramarine pigment manufacturing base."

The official production commencement of Shuanglong Chemical Company symbolizes the expansion of the titanium industry segment and marks Dawn Group's foray into new industries. Li Jianli, the managing leader of the titanium industry segment and the General Manager of Dawn Titanium, expressed that Shuanglong Chemical and Dawn Titanium have advantages in resource sharing in post-treatment technology, equipment, and product marketing. "Shuanglong" ultramarine and "Dawn" titanium dioxide complement each other and will work together to promote the coordinated and healthy development of the segment.

"In the process of renovating the Shuanglong Chemical Company project, there were no experiences to draw from, no historical data, and no corresponding technological processes. The rapid start of production for this project once again demonstrates Dawn Group's all-encompassing high-level synergy and charm," said Executive Vice President Xiao Hui. He expressed the hope that Shuanglong Chemical Company would keep pace with the development of Dawn Group, accelerate its deep integration with Dawn's culture and management, and promote the construction of a more streamlined organization, refined management, and leaner operations.

Following that, the leaders and guests who attended the event went on stage together for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. At the end of the event, an experience sharing symposium was held at the Shuanglong Chemical Company. The General Manager of Shuanglong Chemical Company, Chi Weiqi, shared the experiences and practices that led to a successful production start. Sun Yening, the Director of Planning and Construction Management at Dawn Group, shared insights about project construction within the industrial park, and Zhang Yiqian, Deputy Director of the Strategic Operations and Management Department, discussed project management and 6S management. During this symposium, leaders responsible for the Trade and Logistics, Polymer Materials, and Titanium Industry sectors also shared their experiences and management insights.
