On the occasion of the 74th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the Mid-Autumn Festival, in front of Building 3 of Dawn Group in the Dawn New Material Science and Technology Industrial Park in Longkou City, colorful flags were flying, and voices were singing loudly. On September 28th, a flag-raising ceremony with the theme "Salute to the National Flag, and Add Brilliance to Dawn" was solemnly held here, aiming to express the patriotic sentiments of the people of Dawn, unite the red forces, and sound the strong voice of high-quality development.

Chairman and President of Dawn Group, Yu Xiaoning, along with Executive Vice President Xiao Hui, and members of Dawn Group's leadership team attended the event. Various department heads, general managers of units operating in Longkou, managers and above-level cadres, party members, probationary party members and active members from all party branches, young cadre members, and newly hired college graduates also participated in the event.

At 8:00 in the morning, the flag-raising ceremony officially began. The flag bearers marched in a neat and powerful formation, escorting the national flag to the flagpole. "Raise the national flag, and play the national anthem!" The solemn and melodious national anthem resounded, and the bright five-starred red flag slowly rose in the morning breeze, facing the rising sun. All the participants stood solemnly, saluted to the flag with fully boundless love and deep blessings for the great motherland.

The passionate and stirring melody revisited the revolutionary passion of heroic struggle, while the bright five-starred red flag narrated the eventful 74 years. Following that, three employee representatives from the three major industrial sectors delivered speeches beneath the national flag, expressing their patriotism, love for the company, and dedication to their work.

"To achieve a great cause, one must not fear difficulties and must be determined to strive," said Ma Wen, the Executive Deputy General Manager of Dawn Titanium, as he emotionally reviewed his own journey of growth and shared the hardships faced during the research and development process. He encouraged everyone to approach life with a spirit of hard work and use their youthful vigor to contribute to the company and the country.

"Only by using our own brand can we stand firm in this world," said Liu Xiaoping, the R&D Director of Dawn Polymer, using the example of Dawn's elastomeric materials development to tell the story of Dawn's efforts to build a national brand. The industry position of Dawn's core products and the hard work of the research and development team resonated strongly with the audience, inspiring everyone with the passion and drive to innovate and contribute to the strength of the company and the nation.

"All great achievements are the result of persistent struggle," said Liang Dawei, the Marine Manager of Dawn International Logistics Company, as he reviewed the more than 20-year development history of Dawn's modern logistics industry. From "Lu Xinglong 1" to today's "Dawn 168," it carries the collective memory of Dawn's people and embodies the new driving force for the high-quality development of Dawn's modern logistics.

In the group singing of revolutionary songs, all the participants waved their red flags and sang "Ode to the Motherland" and "My Motherland and Me" with heartfelt passion. Through their singing, they expressed their love and blessings for the Party and the country, inspiring a patriotic spirit and a commitment to serving the nation. They united in their love for the country and reaffirmed their dedication to their original mission. Following that, everyone sang the "Dawn Song," showcasing the spirited and upward-looking character of Dawn's people.

At the end of the event, Chairman Yu Xiaoning delivered a speech beneath the national flag. He emphasized that a strong country leads to prosperous families. Only when the country is prosperous and powerful can enterprises develop in a stable and orderly manner, and people's lives can be happier. Chairman Yu Xiaoning passionately recounted the development journey of the People's Republic of China, from the macroeconomics of the nation to Dawn's growth and expansion. He highlighted how the fertile soil of reform and opening up, the continuously improving business environment from the central to the local levels, and the dedication of the company's staff to core values such as integrity, responsibility, diligence, and gratitude contribute to this success.

"Have a heart for our country, not letting the times down; Act positively, not letting the prime of life down; Dare to shoulder responsibility, not letting the platform down," emphasized Chairman Yu Xiaoning.
