On the afternoon of June 8th, during the concluding session of the core team meeting at Shandong Dawn Hangfu New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dawn Hangfu"), the attendees collectively shouted the shared belief of "Dancing together, building together and sharing together" in Dawn Polymer. It was reported that this meeting was an important part of the first homecoming journey for the members of Dawn Hangfu, representing a crucial step in cultural integration and development.

Chairman and President of Dawn Group, Yu Xiaoning, Executive Vice President, Xiao Hui, Vice Presidents, Song Huidong and Liu Lili, attended the event. The General Manager of Dawn Polymer, Tian Hongchi, and his team, as well as the General Manager of Dawn Hangfu, Jiang Hongliang, and his team, were also present. The event was attended by relevant ministers and officials from various functional departments of Dawn Group.

On the evening of June 2nd, Dawn Polymer announced that the company had signed a contract with Zhejiang Hangfu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhejiang Hangfu") to establish a joint venture called Dawn Hangfu. The joint venture is intended to invest in and develop a project for copolyester materials, engaging in research, production, and sales of high-temperature polyesters (PCT), copolyesters (PETG/PCTG), and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM).

"We warmly welcome the new members from Hangfu!" Chairman Yu Xiaoning's cordial welcome speech elicited enthusiastic applause from the audience. He elaborated on Dawn's vision, business philosophy, and the achievements attained through a chain-based operation." As a leading enterprise in the polymer new materials industry, the combination of Dawn and Hangfu is driven by our shared passion for the polymer new materials industry and the polyester materials sector. Our goals align, our ideologies resonate, our industries integrate, and our destinies intertwine - it can be said that it's a perfect match."

Before the meeting, the core members of Dawn Hangfu visited Dawn's headquarters and the backbone enterprises in Longkou Dawn New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park. During the visit, technical exchanges were taken regarding the transformation of the degradation material equipment, process flow, and design parameters. During the meeting, everyone watched the promotional video of Dawn Group, and relevant leaders or representatives explained the company's strategies and corporate culture. Chairman Yu Xiaoning presented the book "Dawn and Polymer New Materials" as a gift to the members of Dawn Hangfu. The attendees had open and enthusiastic discussions, and shared their experiences, plans and visions for the future, creating a harmonious and lively atmosphere.

"When I first came to Dawn, I got on like a house on fire," General Manager Jiang Hongliang recalled emotionally, reminiscing about his three visits to Dawn. He candidly said, "Becoming part of Dawn felt like a natural fit." After reaching a cooperative intention, Dawn set up the "Copolyester Plastics" exhibition area for the first time at the Chinaplas2023 in mid-April. "After participating in the exhibition, we have already completed the production of more than 10,000 tons of three products, and they have been commercially applied. This demonstrates the power of the platform."

According to General Manager Jiang Hongliang's introduction, Zhejiang Hangfu focuses on the research and application of special-purpose functional high-polymer materials, providing integrated solutions for material design, development, production, and application. "We possess core technologies in specialty polyester chemical co-polycondensation and physical blending of polymer materials. And we have over 40 invention patents and undertake 5 provincial and ministerial-level scientific projects. We are a leading player in the Chinese co-polyester field."

After 32 years of development, Dawn has established four major advantages in research, industry, parks, and talents. Zhejiang Hangfu has a research and development team led by industry experts, and its future is particularly promising.
