On the morning of June 6th, the High-Tech Development Conference for the Petroleum and Chemical Industry and the 11th Asia Refining and Petrochemical Technology Conference 2023 were inaugurated at the Bajiaowan International Convention Center in Huang Bohai New District, Yantai City, Shandong Province. This conference attracted over 2,000 Chinese and foreign experts, scholars, and representatives from the petroleum and chemical industry. According to reports, this annual top-tier event in the field of refining and petrochemical technology chose Yantai as its host city for the first time.  Before the opening ceremony, accompanied by Jiang Cheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Yantai Municipal Party Committee, and Zheng Deyan, deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and mayor of Yantai, leaders and experts such as academic consultant of the China Finance 40 Forum and former mayor of Chongqing City Huang Qifan visited Dawn’s booth for guidance. Qiu Huanling, Vice President of Dawn Group, reported on the company's overview, industrial layout, and technological innovation. "The development trend of automotive materials is lightweight, simplification, harmless and easy to recycle. In the future, the amount of modified polypropylene and upstream raw material polyolefin elastomer will be increased. " Her sharing with the theme of green and low carbon resonated with the audience.
