On June 10th, Dawn Group held a youth cadre training class expansion activity with the theme of "Saddle up and Pursue Your Dreams. Don’t Idle Your Time Away" in Mouping District, Yantai City. It was reported that after June 2021, this was the second outreach training of the youth cadre class with the same theme held in this place, which aimed to temper the will and character, and promote the growth and success of young people.

Xiao Hui, executive vice president of Dawn Group and deputy dean of Dawn Business School, and Liu Lili, vice president, director of human resources management department and deputy dean of Dawn Business School, attended the mobilization ceremony; 47 members of the second youth cadre training class and employee representatives participated in the event.

"Youth talents are the backbone of the high-quality development of the company, and your future is full of unlimited possibilities," Executive Vice President Xiao Hui encouraged all young cadres to learn by doing, do by learning, and help Dawn achieve the established strategic goals with their own growth and progress. "To be a down-to-earth doer, a hard-working person who fights day and night, and an innovator who changes the past and brings the new era. Carry Dawn's vision on your strong shoulders, overcome obstacles, forge ahead, and propel Dawn into a new journey of a hundred years!" Liu Miaomiao, as the representative of the youth cadre class, delivered an impassioned speech.

"We will certainly bring the spirit of exploration into our work, forge our determination, cultivate strong capabilities, and embark on a new journey with resolute determination, courage, and a sense of responsibility," said Sun Yu, the Training Manager of Dawn Business School and the class leader of the young cadre class, on behalf of all the participants.

The team-building activities included ice-breaking warm-ups, extreme frisbee, and orienteering cross-country hiking. The participants were divided into four teams. During the afternoon orienteering hike around Yangma Island, the teams had to complete various tasks at different locations. They used tools like maps and compasses to navigate through obstacles and quickly reach their target points to complete the tasks. The participants actively interacted with tourists and completed various orientation check-in tasks. Whenever a team member fell behind, the others encouraged him with enthusiastic singing, and the melodious voices echoed on Yangma Island.

The experiential training brought the participants the spirit of "never give up as long as the frisbee does not fall to the ground," the courage to "persevere and achieve victory" during the hiking challenges, which perfectly aligned with the "unity, hard work, and pursuit of excellence" spirit of Dawn Group. Through these engaging activities, every member could witness their progress and growth. During each event, they gained a fresh understanding of themselves, focused on team goals, and experienced learning, communication, collaboration, proactive commitment, and self-responsibility. They transformed the concept of teamwork into behavioral habits, leading to greater achievements in their work.

After fierce competition, the "Smart" team achieved outstanding results and won the championship. Vice President Liu Lili presented the award to the winning participants, and they shared the joy of success together. "Throughout the competition, Dawn's 'Three Doings, Three Beings' spirit has been inspiring us to move forward. Clear division of labor, mutual cooperation, and support among team members enable us to win the championship," said Qu Weiwei, Manager of the Comprehensive Management Department of Dawn Polymer, said in her winning speech.

Dances, songs, games... During the evening party, the students composed and performed wonderful programs by themselves, showing the vigorous spirit of Dawn people. Accompanied by the youthful melody and dynamic beat, everyone performed a group dance on the stage, and the atmosphere of the party reached its climax. Vice President Liu Lili encouraged all students to combine teaching with learning, surpass themselves, cherish their partners on the journey of life, and grow together with Dawn along the way.
