On the morning of Sep. 26th, Dawn Polymer held a fun sports meeting with the theme of “Inheriting Corporate Culture and Celebrating the National Day”, aiming to promote the belief of the “Dancing together, building together and sharing together” and pass the Dawn culture to the new Dawn people with practical actions. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, Xiao Hui, Vice Executive President, Tian Hongchi, General Manager of Dawn Polymer, Wang Zefang, Deputy Executive General Manager of Dawn Polymer, and members of the Dawn Polymer leadership team competed with the participating team members to share the passion and happiness brought about by the sports.

This Game was another unity, harmonious and inspiring event after 2020. More than 100 employees of Dawn Polymer formed the Dawn Team, 20 Team, and the Elder Boys and Beautiful Girls Team respectively, and participated in the competitions of four projects including basketball, badminton, table tennis, rope skipping, and shuttlecock kicking. "We organized this sports meeting to celebrate the National Day, but also to pass on the corporate culture and the spirit of fighting for collective honor." General Manager Tian Hongchi said.

The whole intense and fun competition won a lot of applause from the audience. After several hours of competition, the Dawn team won the first in the badminton mixed doubles and table tennis women’s singles. The 20 team won the first place in the badminton women’s singles and shuttlecock kicking competition. The elder boys and beautiful women’s team won the first places in the basketball and badminton men’s singles, and table tennis men's singles. Wang Enli, the captain of the Elder Boys and Beautiful Girls team, said frankly in his acceptance speech, "The competition has enriched our amateur life, enhanced the friendship between colleagues, and strengthened team cohesion and centripetal force."

Carrying forward the feelings of family and country, the competition stimulates our potential. Wang Zefang, executive deputy general manager, said that the work in the first half of the year was intense, busy, and hard. We should take this opportunity to relax themselves so that we can work hard in the fourth quarter to keep ahead of the annual goals and tasks. Xiao Hui, the executive vice president, said that Dawn polymer’s business performance was good, and the corporate culture was also doing well. He hopes that everyone can continue to work hard, inherit the spirit of Dawn, and accelerate the realization of the "14th Five-Year" strategic goal.

Chairman Yu Xiaoning said that the inheritance of Dawn culture was better and better year-by-year. At present, based on the domestic market, Dawn has accelerated its deployment in overseas markets. For Dawn’s new force, managers at all levels must firstly treat them kindly and secondly manage them strictly.
