On August 28th, the opening ceremony of the Dawn Group "Three Groups and Three Teams Promotion Class" and the first training event were held at the Dawn Lakeside Hotel. The training set up 12 video sub-venues. Yu Xiaoning, the chairman and president of Dawn Group and Dean of Dawn School of Business, attended the event and delivered a speech. Before the event, Chairman Yu Xiaoning signed a talent training strategic cooperation agreement with Liu Jie, director of the training project department of the School of Public Management of Zhejiang University, which aimed to build a team with professional level, professionalism, entrepreneurial passion and ability to succeed by relying on the strong faculty of Zhejiang University. Director Liu Jie introduced the faculty and curriculum resources of Zhejiang University, and said that Zhejiang University would work closely with enterprises to empower the enterprises’ development with professional knowledge.
After the signing ceremony, Liu Lili, Director of Human Resources of Dawn Group and Deputy Dean of Dawn Business School, announced the structure of the upgrading class committee and the division of responsibilities, and Chairman Yu Xiaoning issued letters of appointment to class members. On this training, Yue Qingping, professors and doctoral supervisors of the History Department of Peking University, members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and party representative of the institutions directly under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was invited as lecturers. With the theme of "Sinology and Management Wisdom", he expounded the broad and profound ideological system of Sinology, cited the examples to teach from management, self-cultivation and family harmony to people’s behavior, so as to enhance employees' self-cultivation and sense of responsibility; He also emphasized the importance of learning to work and life, and encouraged everyone to establish the concept of lifelong learning.
Chairman Yu Xiaoning pointed out that the service management team with the minister as the core must have quality services, high-level guidance, competent management and assessment methods; the operation management team with the general manager as the core must have “skills” and “wisdom”, enrich the head more and use knowledge to inspire wisdom for winning in the future.
