On August 25th, the two-day Dawn Group’s 9th outreach training event for the children who had passed the examination was successfully concluded. In 2021, more than 50 children of Dawn employees with bachelor's degree or above, surrounding villages and internship university students participated in the activity. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group and Dean of Dawn Business School, attended the event and awarded scholarships to the students.

Later, the staff of Dawn Business School led the university students to visit Dawn Group headquarters, the Red Gene Inheriting Education Base, Longkou New Material Technology Industrial Park constructed and managed by Dawn, and the key enterprises in the industrial park. During the visit, the employees' children took photos with them on their job position. The photos recorded the happy smiling faces and moving pictures of both the parents and the children. "I love you" and "Dad (Mom), I appreciate your effort!" The children expressed their aspirations and gratitude.

The seminar and exchange activities on the theme of "Those Things in the University" taught an important lesson for university students. Dawn Group’s previous outstanding university student staff representatives exchanged views on friendship, love, course arrangements, club activities, and career planning, which enabled the children to have a clear understanding of university life and academic planning.
