On July 10th, Dawn Group held a high-level business etiquette training at Dawn Lakeside Hotel. It was reported to be the largest scale training with the largest number of attendees in the history of Dawn Group. Xiao Hui, Executive Vice President of Dawn Group, attended the event and gave a speech. Nearly 900 cadres and employees attended the event in the main venue and 12 sub-venues by way of on-site and video lectures.

Etiquette is a manifestation of a person’s internal quality, as well as a company’s external image. The training started from the self-inspection and interaction of on-site students’ excellent image, integrated the general principles of business etiquette, the situational application of high-end business etiquette, personal image, business image, behavior management, and communication art into actual cases, and analyzed with actual scenarios. Knowledge transformation, scenario simulation, demonstration and explanation, and student practice were throughout the entire classroom. It also revolved around business scenes such as handshake, smile, sitting, standing which were often encountered at work, and explained the problems, details and taboos that should be paid attentions under various situations in a simple way.

Many interactive links were interspersed in the training process, which put all the neglected details of life on the table and the mind to improve everyone's enthusiasm and participation, and deepen everyone's understanding of business etiquette knowledge and extended thinking. The whole training site was filled with passion and joy. In the high learning atmosphere, each group had mastered a lot of practical knowledge of image etiquette and a new understanding of business etiquette.

Employee representatives from Administration Department of Dawn Group, Dawn International Trade Company, Dawn Chemical Co., Ltd, Qingdao New Material Company shared and exchanged their learning experience. The trainees all expressed that they should combine learning to shape the spirit inside, build up the image outside, infiltrate etiquette into daily words and deeds, and transform into actual work with elegant manners, decent words & deeds, and good self-cultivation. They should create a personal image so that all customers, leaders and friends who communicate with Dawn can feel the sincerity, enthusiasm and professionalism of Dawn people.

The end of training is the beginning of action. In the next step, Dawn Business School will recruit internal course developers and internal lecturers of business etiquette. And all departments and units are required to sort out improvement points and action plans to further ensure that the training effect is implemented, the etiquette is truly implanted in attendees’ hearts, and the employees become the image spokesperson and brand name card of Dawn.

Xiao Hui, the executive vice president, affirmed the training content and the enthusiasm of attendees for learning, “Dawn people must have quality, culture, and self-cultivation, so that the etiquette can become a behavior habit.” He emphasized that business etiquette should be learned and used lively combining with the work requirements of "three spirits" and "three things to do and three things to be" to show the character of Dawn people and help Dawn Group achieve high-quality development under the guidance of "modernization, technicalization, and internationalization".

It is reported that Dawn Business School has designated May to July as the "All-employee Professional Literacy Improvement Month". It will carry out a series of training activities from all aspects including professional mentality, behavior, and skills for improving the professional quality of employees, forging the professional spirit, shaping the professional image, continuously empowering the healthy growth of employees and the high-quality development of company, helping the company to achieve various indicators and tasks in 2021, and speeding up the realization of the "14th Five-Year" strategic goal.
