From May 24th to 27th, Longkou Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and Dawn Group jointly organized the 2021 "Thousands of talents from 100 prestigious schools visited Longkou" event. 65 teachers and students from PITUT entered Dawn Group to carry out research and training activities. On the morning of May 24th, 2021 "Thousands of talents from 100 prestigious schools visited Longkou”- the launching ceremony of Polytechnic Institute Taiyuan University of Technology (PITUT) Research Activity was held in Dawn Business School. After watching Longkou City's promotional videos and listening to Longkou's key industries and policies for the introduction of young talents, students have a deep understanding of Longkou City in terms of city brand, industrial advantages and talent policies. “Dawn has established a good talent cooperation relationship with PITUT and carried out a series of practical cooperation referring to graduate internship base, supply and demand information exchange, talent recruitment and introduction. Afterwards, the teachers and students visited the headquarters of Dawn Group, the inheritance of the red gene education base, the Longkou New Materials and New Energy Industrial Park constructed and managed by Dawn, as well as the high polymer material industry and the titanium dioxide industry, which made them have a deep understanding of corporate culture, industrial layout, etc. During the visit, everyone spoke highly of Dawn’s outstanding contribution to the fight against the COVID-19 and the social responsibility.
In the afternoon, the internal lecturers of Dawn Business School gave intensive lectures on corporate culture, talent introduction and development, Dawn’s products, workplace norms and business etiquette, the advantages of technical talents in the field of marketing, marketing skills training, career planning, etc., so that students have a deep understanding of Dawn company, paving the way for their workplace in future.
In the following two days of visiting tours, the students went to the production plant to observe and learn, had a key understanding of the production process, technological process, product application, production and testing equipment of related products, communicated and discussed with relevant persons in charge. Participating students said that it helped them to organically combine boring theoretical knowledge with practical operations through on-site observation and exchanges. The obscure knowledge points in the textbooks suddenly became clear, which further clarified their development direction after graduation.
On the evening of May 27th, Dawn Business School organized a farewell ceremony. The students made dumplings like Ingot dumplings, wonton dumplings and sun dumplings by themselves. Different regional cultures collided with each other. The students were infected by Dawn's enthusiastic corporate culture and on the site it is full of laughter.
