On April 28th, the visit and exchange activity of Dawn Polymer R&D system with the theme of "Communication, Sharing, Promoting and Development" was held in Dawn Polymer. Chairman Yu Xiaoning and General Manager Tian Hongchi attended the event. Executive Vice President of Dawn Group Xiao Hui and Human Resources Director Liu Lili were also invited. It is reported that this event was jointly organized by Dawn Research Institute and Dawn Polymer. In addition to the subsidiaries of Dawn Polymer, R&D personnel representatives of Dawn Titanium Industry Company were also invited.

In recent years, Dawn Polymer has been committed to the improvement of resource sharing and collaboration capabilities. In November last year, a manufacturing system visit and exchange activity was held at Qingdao New Materials Company. Chen Qingkui, Dean of Dawn Research Institute, said that the purpose of organizing this event was to strengthen the communication of R & D personnel, realize information sharing, and improve Dawn's overall R & D level. "Sharing in exchanges and development in sharing is a concrete manifestation of the emphasis on building the-three-teams'." Director Liu Lili said.

In the morning led by Chen Wenquan, R&D Director of Dawn Polymer, the-three-team visited Dawn Polymer’s nationally recognized enterprise technology center and production workshop, as well as the laboratory of Dawn Special Elastomer Company and R&D building of Dawn Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. "Thanks so much for the opportunities for exchanges and sharing provided by the research institute and Dawn Polymer!" said Cui Qingtao, the executive deputy general manager of Qingdao New Materials Company. "We must participate in the activities with an open attitude and an empty mind with enthusiasm for learning."

In the exchange seminar held in Dawn Business School everyone shared R&D topics and research results, learned excellent product cost reduction programs from each other, and learned about the latest developments in the industry. “This exchange of R&D systems is held at a proper time!” General Manager Tian Hongchi pointed out that since the beginning of this year raw material prices have risen sharply. All subsidiary companies of Dawn Polymer are facing pressure to reduce costs.  R&D personnel will bear 50% of the cost reduction task. "Through the exchange activities everyone brainstorms, exchanges with each other about what we have and what we need, and jointly enhances the profitability of the company."

Xiao Hui, the executive vice president, pointed out that the first quarter operation analysis meeting of Dawn Group was just held and a total of 6 subsidiary company of Dawn Polymer won awards. As one of the "three-teams" that Dawn Group has built up, the R&D team has played an important role. He hopes to continuously expand the R&D team to contribute more for the leap-forward development of Dawn Group.

At the dinner, Chairman Yu Xiaoning said that R&D personnel are the foundation of scientific and technological innovation, and everyone must have the attitude of "All things in their being are good for something" and the research spirit of "Dedicated to scientific research". He emphasized that it was essential to organize the exchanges between R&D personnel.
