On June 12th, Yantai CMC Plastic Packages Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CMC"), a subsidiary of Dawn Group, signed an equity transfer agreement with Zhongshan Fengmei Packaging Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fengmei Packaging") in Longkou, Shandong. This move marks the official expansion of Dawn’s molding and plastic products division into the South China market, which will strengthen the deep synergy between molds and finished products, enhance competitiveness in the end-user market, and lay a solid foundation for building a more resilient and competitive end-product business system.

Song Huidong, Vice President of Dawn Group, presided over the signing ceremony and introduced both companies. In December 2022, Dawn Group successfully acquired CMC Company. By optimizing the integrated management system covering production, supply, and sales, the Group helped drive rapid revenue growth for CMC and facilitated the launch of new projects in Wucheng, Dezhou. "This acquisition marks a pivotal step in the strategic expansion of Dawn’s molding products division—to which CMC belongs—into the South China market, further deepening collaborative partnerships with key downstream strategic clients."

At the signing ceremony, Wang Zhisheng, General Manager of CMC, and Zou Binghuan, head of Dawn Molding’s products division and General Manager of Dawn Mold Plastic Co., Ltd, delivered speeches. Both companies agreed that this partnership represented not merely an integration of assets, but a strategic declaration for the future. The acquisition of Fengmei Packaging will strategically consolidate Dawn’s footprint in the South China market and significantly boost its market share and overall competitiveness within the national tube packaging sector.
