On May 30th, the opening ceremony of the seventh training course of the "New Era Private Entrepreneur Training Program" was held in Beijing. Shen Ying, Vice Minister of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, and Qiu Yong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tsinghua University, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Officials from relevant departments of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, officials from the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, and all trainees participated. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, spoke as a representative of the trainees.

According to reports, the "New Era Private Entrepreneur Training Program" is an important measure to implement the Party Central Committee's requirements for promoting the "two healthy developments" (healthy development of private entrepreneurs and healthy growth of private entrepreneurs). This training program, commissioned by the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and organized by the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, has been held for six consecutive sessions since 2018, training more than 600 people in total. The seventh training session comprises 10 teaching modules and lasts for one year.

"Standing on this intellectual high ground of Tsinghua University, where East meets West and the past connects with the present, I feel a deep sense of mission and high expectations to embark on a new journey with outstanding entrepreneurs like myself," said Chairman Yu Xiaoning in his speech. As the head of a private enterprise that has been deeply involved in the field of polymer new materials for more than 30 years, he often thinks about how private enterprises can achieve a leap from "growing bigger" to "growing stronger and better" while overcoming difficulties, and how to deeply integrate the development of private enterprises into the overall national strategy.

Chairman Yu Xiaoning looks forward to "enlightening minds and gaining wisdom," grasping the era's direction with a holistic perspective; to "seeking knowledge and working together," achieving symbiotic progress with an open mind; and to "sharing responsibilities," fulfilling the mission of the times with a sense of national responsibility. Standing at the new starting point of the "15th Five-Year Plan," he look forward to working with all students to transform the results of studies into a powerful driving force for the high-quality development of their enterprise, firmly implementing the call to "cherish the ambition to serve the country, focus on development, operate legally and skillfully, and promote common prosperity through shared prosperity," contributing the strength of private enterprises to the realization of Chinese-style modernization.
