On March 27th, the opening ceremony and special training of Dawn Group’s first training course for young cadres were held at Dawn Business School. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group and Dean of Dawn Business School, attended the event and gave lectures. Members of the Dawn Group leadership team, young talent mentors, and young talents participated in the activity.

At 8 am, the class opening ceremony kicked off in the "Song of Dawn". Liu Lili, Director of Human Resources of Dawn Group and Associate Dean of Dawn Business School, expressed her ardent expectations for the students. As the headteacher, she would make overall planning, optimize the training program, promote the training plan with quality and quantity, ask the students to "cherish opportunities, challenge themselves, and ask for advice with an open mind", breathe and share fate with Dawn, and grow & make progress together.

"Dawn Business School is the cradle of the growth for young talents. Everyone must continue to improve their core competitiveness and press for progress in the implementation of the "14th Five-Year" strategic plan." Deputy Director of Human Resources Management Department of Dawn Group & Associate Dean of Dawn Business School Liu Xiuping gave a detailed introduction to the class committee structure, mentor configuration, and young talent training plan.

The holding of this training class was for strengthening the construction of the talent team, and also for the talent guaranteeing for the realization of the "14th Five-Year Plan" leap development goal. According to reports, the training class had a total of 45 people (divided into 3 groups) and each group went to the stage to demonstrate morale and commitment to learning, showing a hardworking attitude. Zhan Fudong, the leader of the training class and deputy director of the Human Resources Management Department of Dawn Group, said, “It was a rare learning and training opportunity. Young talents should use it as an opportunity to strengthen their learning and temper their character. Everyone should cherish the time. Let's seize the day and live it to the full."

As the representative of the instructor for the training class and general manager of Dawn polymer-Tian Hongchi combined with his own growth to encourage everyone, "Learning mentor and career mentor are the beacons of my life." He encouraged young talents to be tough-minded with the original aspiration in heart and the firm mission in mind to repay the meticulous training of Dawn company with practical actions and excellent performance. "Make efforts to provide students with more opportunities for learning and growth, to offer guidance for students' ideological, moral and professional abilities, so that students can become better selves." He promised on behalf of 19 instructors.

"Holding this training course was to enable young talents to innovate and change, to be exquisite in business, and be capable of important tasks. It was also the need for Dawn Group to continue building three teams and three troops." Executive Vice President of Dawn Group, Associate Dean of Dawn School of Business Xiao Hui said that young talents must dare to solve problems, deal with contradictions, and face risks to form a sense of responsibility and mission with lofty aspiration and great courage.

Finally, Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, and Dean of Dawn Business School started the first lesson of the training class with the topic of "Prepare for the Future, Afterwards Make Achievements -Let young talents grow and succeed together with company". He started with "Conforming to the trend, understanding the management, and improving the skills", based on the domestic and foreign situation, anchored strategic goals, and pointed out the direction for young cadres to strive in the future; with "driving, growing, and win-win" as the cores to decompose Dawn management portrait, deeply analyze the management results, and emphasize the deep integration of talent concepts and business concepts; with the theme of "determination, stability, and achievement", young talents are encouraged to continue to optimize tactics and methods to promote stable and far-reaching development of the company. He hoped that all young talents could organically combine vision, choice, and persistence, and move forward firmly on the road to win-win with Dawn.

“Going through wind and rain with several years, fighting rapids despite difficulties. After all the hardships, staying infatuated, never change the young aspiration......” The song “Young People don’t say words about worries” throughout the venue pushed the training to a climax. After watching "Blooming Life" and "Friendship", the trainees expressed that they would show themselves to the fullest on Dawn's platform and realize the value of life in the achievement of a career.
