On the morning of October 14th, Li Yansong, Deputy Secretary of the Daqing Municipal Party Committee of Heilongjiang Province and Mayor of Daqing City, visited Dawn Group for an inspection and investigation. They had in-depth exchanges on the construction of the new chemical materials and resin industry base, aiming to strengthen the strategic cooperation between the government and enterprises and promote win-win development for both sides. Chairman and President of Dawn Group, Yu Xiaoning, Vice President, Song Huidong and heads of relevant functional departments accompanied the event.

Mayor Li Yansong visited the image display area of Dawn Polymer and Dawn Group’s headquarters at the on-site observation and exchange meeting on the construction of the Shandong Province Social Credit System. He carefully learned about the development of the industrial chain, product chain and enterprise chain of the Longkou City (Dawn) New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park, and expressed his appreciation and recognition for Dawn Group's comprehensive strength, technological innovation, industrial layout, corporate culture, industry status, and social responsibility.

At the symposium held by Dawn Polymer, Chairman Yu Xiaoning introduced the development history and achievements of Dawn Group to the leaders of Daqing City, and shared Dawn Group's "15th Five-Year Plan" and strategic goals. He stated that Daqing, as a key petrochemical base in China, possesses unique resources and a solid industrial foundation, which aligns well with Dawn Group's development strategy, and expressed his confidence in future cooperation.

Earlier, from August 26th to 28th, Chairman Yu Xiaoning visited Daqing City for an inspection tour, had pleasant exchanges with city leaders and proposed the idea of further expansion and development of the Daqing base of Dawn Hanguang Chemicals Company. Mayor Li Yansong proposed to establish Dawn Chemical Synthetic New Materials, Electronics and Resin Industrial Base based on Daqing resources, and to build it into Dawn Group's chemical additives, polymer synthetic materials and electronic grade resin industrial base in Daqing.

The polycarbonate project at Daqing Longjiang Chemical Company is a key initiative for Heilongjiang Province to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's directive for Daqing City to develop a "petrochemical-first" strategy, and a key project highly valued by Heilongjiang Province, PetroChina, and Daqing City. The company's chairman, Liu Liewei, presented the company's operations. Wang Bin, a chemical industrial expert from Longfeng District, elaborated on Longjiang Chemical's plans and progress in developing a new materials production base in partnership with Dawn Group, leveraging Daqing's petrochemical raw materials. Daqing City also provided a comprehensive overview of the local business environment, policy support, and key business factors.

During the exchange, both of them thoroughly discussed specific areas of cooperation, including industrial chain collaboration, technological innovation, and project implementation, and expressed a shared desire to further strengthen government-enterprise collaboration and promote industrial upgrading. This discussion deepened mutual trust and understanding, laying a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation in the field of new chemical materials. Dawn Group will seize this opportunity and adhere to the principles of "sincere cooperation, complementary strengths, and mutual benefit" to further deepen its strategic collaboration with Daqing City and jointly promote the high-quality development of the new chemical materials and resin industries in Northeast China.
