On the evening of June 28, Longkou New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park was bathed in brilliant lights. Dawn employees gathered at Dawn Bridge for the "Red Reflects Original Aspiration, Charts the Future—Cultural Gala Celebrating the 104th Anniversary of the Communist Party of China and the 34th Anniversary of Dawn Group". This grand event was both a heartfelt review of Dawn's 34 extraordinary years and a rousing prelude to Dawn people's new journey.
Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, attended and delivered a speech. Board members, group leadership, heads of functional departments, managers of business units, young cadre training program participants, and retired senior cadres gathered by Dawn Lake to share joy, celebrate the occasion, and discuss the future.
At 19:00, the opening dance "Flourishing Age" kicked off the evening with graceful movements. Chairman Yu Xiaoning, accompanied by the leadership team, delivered a speech: "From an initial plastic particle to winning the second prize of the National Technological Invention Award; from a 5-person startup team to a top 500 Chinese private enterprise, every step of Dawn is imbued with the sweat and wisdom of the strivers." He affectionately reviewed the entrepreneurial journey and recounted Dawn's 34-year growth story.
"We will unswervingly uphold Dawn's core values, and promote high-quality development of the enterprise with stronger faith, more pragmatic style, and more innovative thinking," said Chairman Yu Xiaoning, pointing out the direction, boosting confidence, and injecting impetus for future development.
The cultural performance segment featured a dazzling array of programs. Performances by the Yantai Municipal Staff Art Troupe and self-written, self-directed, self-performed shows by Dawn employees complemented each other brilliantly: songs conveyed the joy of development, dances showcased youthful vitality. In contrast, magic shows and musical performances pushed the atmosphere to a thrilling climax. On stage, Dawn employees set aside their professional identities and delivered stunning performances with full enthusiasm. Their agile dance moves traced the journey of struggle, and their passionate singing voices echoed the aspirations of perseverance. Every movement and every lyric was imbued with heartfelt blessings for the enterprise, making the Dawn spirit of "unity through struggle, pursuit of excellence" shine brilliantly under the spotlight.
During the event, a special screening was held for *Pass*, an entry to the 6th "Virtuous Shandong, Credible Shandong" Micro-video Contest. Produced, written, directed, and performed entirely by Dawn employees under the auspices of Dawn Media Studio, the micro-film centers on "integrity" and tells a true story from within the company. Through its frames, it not only showcases Dawn people's commitment to the core values of "integrity, responsibility, diligence, and gratitude" but also reflects the cultural foundation of the enterprise, where credit building is deeply integrated into the lifeblood of its operations.
During the intermission of the performance, a splendid fireworks show rose over Dawn Lake. The bright light illuminated the night sky, telling the unforgettable stories of the Dawn people, flowing with their persistent fighting spirit, and offering sincere blessings for the enterprise's development.
The cultural gala came to a successful end with the song and dance "Set Off Again". This audio-visual feast showcased the spiritual outlook of dedication and unity among the Dawn people, inspiring patriotic feelings among all staff and gathering great strength for the enterprise's high-quality development.
