During the 5th "Civil Code Promotion Month", Longkou People's Court's expert team conducted a special training on "Enterprise Compliance Management and Risk Prevention in the Civil Code Era" at Dawn Group's academic hall on May 16. Participants from HR, business, contract management, and IP departments absorbed legal insights to boost law-based operations.

Judge Zhang Dong dissected contract management—the lifeline of business operations—using real dispute cases. "Vague clauses in contracts can ignite future disputes," she warned, emphasizing how "a single word difference may cause huge losses".

On IP protection, Judge Zhang stressed: "Neglecting IP in the innovation era means giving up market competitiveness. Law doesn't protect those who sleep on their rights." She systematically explained protection strategies and legal remedies for patents, trademarks, and copyrights through recent trade secret leakage and trademark infringement cases.

For labor management, she guided harmonious employer-employee relations based on latest judicial rules. The training model of "case + statute + solution" translated complex laws into practical guidelines, winning applause.

"Meeting enterprise needs and solving real problems" defined the training. Cai Weiqing from Dawn Polymer's marketing department noted: "We must ensure patent compliance in product promotion, user right protection in data marketing, and trade secret boundaries in market research." Liu Yuanxiang from Shandong Dawn International Trading Co., Ltd. pledged to establish a full closed - loop mechanism for contract legal due diligence, performance tracking, and dispute response.

Dawn Group has been improving contract management efficiency and advancing compliance system construction. Multiple subsidiaries have been recognized as national and Yantai "IP Advantage Enterprises" and "Harmonious Labor Relation Enterprises". Wen Shaohua, Deputy Director of Strategic Operations, called for integrating training learnings into daily practices, conducting risk self-inspections, and establishing regular law-enterprise collaboration to make law the "steering wheel" for decisions and "firewall" against risks.
