On the morning of April 27, Dawn Group held the final of the "Spreading the Flaming Spirit and Showcasing Youthful Elegance" college students' speech contest at the Dawn Business School. Jiang Heng, Secretary of the Communist Youth League Longkou Municipal Committee, and Yu Xiaoning, Chairman, President of Dawn Group, and Dean of Dawn Business School, attended the event and delivered speeches. The leadership team of Dawn Group, heads of functional departments, general managers of business units, administrative and personnel officers, members of the young cadre class, and college students of the 2024 class participated in the event. It is reported that this speech contest was aimed at the 2024 graduating college students. After layers of selection in the preliminary and semi-final rounds, 15 contestants stood out.

The event kicked off with the solemn National Anthem. In his speech, Secretary Jiang Heng affirmed the responsibilities and achievements of Dawn's youth in various fields and encouraged the young people to integrate their personal growth into the development of the enterprise and ignite their youth with a fighting spirit. As a representative of young cadres in the new era, Zou Binghuan, General Manager of Dawn SWT, shared his own growth experience, urging young employees to always maintain the spirit of "pioneering", the drive of "innovation," and the style of "pragmatism," resonating with the development of the enterprise and the pulse of the times.

Subsequently, the short video "Believe in Us!" was played on site, showcasing the growth trajectory of Dawn's youth through the lens. These youthful silhouettes from the scientific research front, production frontline, and market forefront were strung together to form a growth picture of Dawn's youth with struggle as the background.

In the competition segment, 15 contestants took the stage one by one. Combining their work practice with sincere emotions and vivid language, they told their struggle stories in management positions, the R&D center, and the market frontline, demonstrating the fearless and innovative spirit of young people in the new era. The contestants' high-spirited demeanor, practical speech content, and diverse innovative presentation forms won rounds of applause from the audience.

Youth is like a surging tide, chasing dreams passionately. Liu Lili, Vice President of Dawn Group and Deputy Dean of Dawn Business School, delivered a keynote speech titled "Surging Forward, Dawn's Youth", inspiring young employees to stand at the forefront of the tide of the times and paint a youthful picture of responsibility and achievement, resonating strongly with the audience.

After fierce competition, the event finally selected 1 first prize winner, 3 second prize winners, 5 third prize winners, and 6 excellence award winners. Meanwhile, the "Best Organization Award" was announced to commend the outstanding units in the event preparation. The attending leaders presented awards to the winning individuals and groups, respectively.

In his concluding speech, Chairman Yu Xiaoning stated that young people are the future of the enterprise.
