Du Chenglong, the chief engineer of Shandong Dawn International Logistics Co., Ltd., was listed among them and became an outstanding individual in the national "Safety and Health Cup" competition. It continuously promotes work safety and safety culture construction by evaluating work safety management, leaders' safety awareness, employees' safety knowledge and ability, and various safety indicators.

Du Chenglong, who has been with Dawn for more than 20 years, has grown from an apprentice mechanic to a chief engineer with heavy responsibilities, accumulating rich professional knowledge and management experience. He won the title of "Outstanding Seafarer in Shandong Province" in 2023. He once participated in the rescue of a Ukrainian foreign sailor who fell into the water at Tianjin Port and was awarded the "Model of Courage for Justice" in Longkou City. He also participated in the overseas supervision of the construction of the "Dawn 17" and "Dawn 167" ships, saving more than 3 million yuan. He has planned safety competition schemes many times, covering ship equipment operation specifications and emergency response processes. "The honor belongs to everyone.
