During this Spring Festival holiday, the production lines in Workshop 5 and Workshop 7 of thermoplastic elastomer TPV, as well as the TPU workshop, within the premises of Dawn Polymer's parent company, were humming with activity. Amid the intermittent crackle of firecrackers in the distance, they jointly celebrated the advent of the Spring Festival. After having the breakfast prepared by the company, the staffs commenced their busy day. The production staff meticulously executed their respective tasks in strict accordance with the operating procedures, ensuring the seamless operation of all production lines. Meanwhile, the equipment maintainer shuttled among the production lines, conducting inspections and maintenance work and eliminating any potential malfunctions or hidden dangers, thus guaranteeing the stable and smooth running of the production processes. 

Currently, orders are scheduled until after the Lantern Festival. The daily output of elastomers has reached about 140 tons, with full capacity utilization," said Hou Dianjun, the production director. To meet the order demand, the company made prior arrangements for personnel, raw material procurement, and production scheduling during the Spring Festival. Over 130 front-line employees remained on duty, ensuring uninterrupted production. Meanwhile, the team enhanced equipment inspection and maintenance, providing a solid guarantee for maximizing capacity.

Staying Devoted to Ensure "Stable Production and Smooth Operation" in the New Spring

"Number 9, it's time to take samples for testing!" In the central control room of Dawn Special Elastomers Company, Sun Chongzheng, an internal operator, communicated with workshop employees via a walkie-talkie. This Spring Festival, all front-line employees of the company stayed on duty to ensure timely completion of production tasks and product delivery.

"Currently, the company's orders fill the first quarter," said Zhao Shunsheng, the production director. "We are promoting production, ensuring orders, and stabilizing supply simultaneously. After issuing the 'I'm on Duty during the Spring Festival' call, all front-line production employees actively responded and remained at their posts."

 "The production line I'm in is the hydrogenated nitrile butadiene packaging line, operating at full capacity for urgent post-festival orders. Although we have to work during the Spring Festival, the company's rational allocation of production forces and shift arrangements allow us to reunite with our families and enjoy the holiday while ensuring production. It's very considerate," said Wang Jialin, the production team leader.

Taking on Responsibilities Bravely to Stand the First Shift of the New Year

In some areas of Shandong Province, the third day of the first lunar month is when daughters and sons-in-law visit their parents' home. But for Liu Zedong, this is the fifth year he couldn't accompany his wife.

"I had a good breakfast in the company cafeteria. Be careful on your way home and give my regards to your parents," Liu Zedong called his wife early in the morning and then threw himself into work.

"During the Spring Festival, we increased inspections, strictly controlled production safety, quality, and progress, and ensured the 24-hour availability of the duty phone according to the personnel deployment plan, ensuring smooth production," said Luan Songtao, the director of the surface treatment workshop of the Titanium Industry Company.

There are many employees like Liu Zedong, the "machine doctor," staying on duty in the Titanium Industry Company. The youngest is Ju Ronghao, a 24-year-old laboratory technician, affectionately called the "eyes of production."

"Ju Ronghao has been working in the company since graduation. In the two years, he hasn't returned to his hometown in Weifang for the Spring Festival. Although he joined the department late, he has been working hard to catch up with colleagues, often arriving half an hour early and improving test accuracy. Now he can work independently," said Wang Yan, the quality control manager. For these dedicated Dawn employees, although unable to reunite with their families during the Spring Festival, they know their efforts contribute to the company's development and family's future. Thanks to them, Dawn Group will move forward steadily and achieve higher-quality development in the new year.
