Affected by the COVID19，the main venue of the conference was set at the headquarters of Dawn Group and the branch venues were located in Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao, and Chongqing. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, and Suo Yanhui, Vice Chairman, attended the meeting and delivered important speeches.

Xiao Hui, executive vice president of Dawn Group, reported on the operation of Dawn Group in 2020 that the operating income, profit, production enterprise output, and trading enterprise sales all hit a record high. Sun Tao, Vice President of Dawn Group & Director of Safety and Environmental Management Department, Wang Fengyong, Director of Financial Management Department, and Yang Shuhai, Director of Market Management Department, respectively analyzed and reported the safety and environmental protection lean production, financial situation and market situation in 2020.

In 2020, Dawn Group's operating income exceeded 30 billion RMB, all key operating indicators reached historical highs, the industrial chain was further extended, and the market share, brand awareness & social influence were greatly increased. The meeting conducted a comprehensive review and summary of the achievements and experience in 2020 and the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, and accurately explained the development plans, goals, directions, and strategies during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. At the same time, a comprehensive deployment for 2021 was carried out.

At the meeting, the ministers of various functional departments and the general managers of the operating units reported their duties in turn. The content included the completion of KPIs and key tasks in 2020, existing problems, improvement measures and the work plan for 2021.
