On July 18th, Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, went to Shanghai to attend the 30th anniversary celebration of KSB(Shanghai) and the inauguration ceremony of the petrochemical and chemical pump factory, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement and a smart factory digital twin construction cooperation agreement. Qiu Huanling, Vice President of Dawn Group, and Chen Peilun, Chairman of Yantai Longgang Pump Industry Co., Ltd., a Dawn Group-affiliated enterprise, accompanied the event.

Founded in 1871, the KSB Group(Germany) is one of the world's largest pump and valve manufacturers. In 1994, KSB (Germany) and Shanghai Electric jointly established Shanghai KSB Pump Co., Ltd. Over the past 30 years, KSB has developed business in 34 market segments in the five major markets of energy, water, petrochemicals, general industry, and buildings in China's pump and valve product field. Shanghai KSB has been one of the pump manufacturing companies with the widest product range and the highest technical level in China.

On that day, a new chemical engineering pump factory built by KSB was inaugurated in Minhang District, Shanghai. This is the largest comprehensive investment project since the establishment of Shanghai KSB, which will build a green, digital full-process chemical process pump factory to promote the development of petrochemical business. The production process covers the entire process including machining, assembly, digital test bench testing, packaging logistics.

On November 6th, 2022, at the Yantai International Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum held in Shanghai, Dawn Group signed a cooperation agreement on the high-end manufacturing industrial base project with KSB Group(Germany) and Longgang Pump Industry Co., Ltd. Chairman Yu Xiaoning's visit to Shanghai aimed to further enhance the friendship between the two sides, deepen exchanges and cooperation, and start a journey of win-win development.

According to the agreement, they will carry out pragmatic cooperation in the basic construction and preparation of smart factories, improvement of production efficiency and energy efficiency management, digital twins of product factory test benches, and after-sales service of intelligent products.

On July 1st, 2024, the high-end stainless steel pump and valve intelligent manufacturing project jointly built by Dawn Group and Longgang Pump Industry Co., Ltd. officially started, which marked that the Dawn chemical equipment industry chain was accelerating. Joining hands with KSB will help the project build a smart factory, realize digital production, become an important base for domestic high-end stainless steel casting and intelligent manufacturing, and lead the industry to a deeper and higher level of development.
