On March 19th, Li Huagang, Senior Vice President of Haier Group and Chairman of Haier Smart Home, visited Dawn Group. Discussions were held regarding the recycling industry, and consensus on cooperation was reached. Liu Wei from the Haier Smart Home Global Purchasing Platform, Ren Xianquan, general manager of the recycling industry, and relevant leaders of the team, Song Huidong and Qiu Huanling, vice presidents of Dawn Group, Yu Zhengyu, assistant of the president, and heads of relevant departments, units, and recycling industries accompanied the event.

It is understood that Haier Smart Home's recycling industry is constructing a green circular ecosystem of "collection-disassembly-regeneration-remaking" to actively pursue the "carbon neutrality and emission peak" goals through practical actions. Chairman Li Huagang and his delegation visited the headquarters of Dawn Group and key enterprises in the Longkou New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park. They gained in-depth insights into Dawn's corporate profile, development history, corporate culture, industrial layout, technological innovation, product performance, social responsibility, etc, and applauded Dawn's achievements in high-end, platform-based, green, and clustered high-quality development.

As a strategic partner of Haier, Dawn has been a pioneer in the "carbon" road for many years. According to a representative from Dawn Polymer, "We have over 100 R&D personnel engaged in PCR (Post-Consumer Recycling) related work. Two members of Dawn are serving as members of the National Plastic Standardization Committee's Carbon Neutrality Working Group, Recycled Plastic Working Group, and Microplastics Working Group, and actively participating in the revision of international standards. Dawn possesses mature technologies for the use of recycled plastics."

Chairman Yu Xiaoning elaborated on the actions and achievements of Dawn people in implementing the guiding ideology of "building seven high-ends and solidifying four cores," a sentiment which Chairman Li Huagang fully endorsed. "We share the same philosophy in high-end routes, technological innovation, digital platforms, social responsibility, and other aspects.
