On the morning of December 26th, the People’s Government of Shandong Province held a government-enterprise communication and exchange meeting and a symposium for private entrepreneurs to communicate face-to-face with 10 private enterprises and listen to relevant opinions. Relevant government departments and units responded on-site to the concerns raised by the businesses. Vice Governor Fan Bo presided over and delivered a speech at the meeting. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman of Dawn Group and Dawn Polymer, was invited to participate in the meeting.

It was reported that the purpose of this meeting was to deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on the development of the private economy, earnestly implement the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, the Fifth Plenary Session of the Twelfth Party Committee of Shandong Province and the Party Committee Economic Work Conference of Shandong Province, strengthen positive interactions between the government and enterprises, understand the demands of businesses, research policy measures, address industry concerns, further enhance and improve the business environment, and promote high-quality economic development.

Chairman Yu Xiaoning briefly reported on the basic situation of Dawn Group, its chain operations, core products, park construction, and the next steps in development. He expressed, "As a private enterprise rooted in the land of Shandong, Dawn's rapid development is not only due to the policy support and assistance provided by the Communist Party of China and China to private enterprises but also benefits from the excellent business environment created for us by the Party Committee of Shandong Province and the People’s Government of Shandong Province."

In response to the bottlenecks and difficulties in the development of Dawn Group and Longkou Dawn New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park, Chairman Yu Xiaoning raised appeals and suggestions. He stated, "If governments at all levels adopt problem-solving thinking to serve businesses, we can then be more proactive, lighten our load, and demonstrate our commitment and dedication."

The meeting pointed out that relevant departments at all levels should focus on achieving one thing efficiently, make greater efforts to implement policies that benefit enterprises, promote fair competition, optimize the business environment, relieve difficulties and help enterprises, release the vitality of private economic development, and make greater contributions to the construction of green, low-carbon and high-quality development pioneer areas and modern and powerful province.
