On the morning of November 28th, at the handover ceremony of Dawn Polymer (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. held in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province, Yu Xiaoning, the Chairman and President of Dawn Group, and Du Zhaohui, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhaoqing High-tech Zone, jointly unveiled the company's plaque. The unveiling ceremony marked Dawn's official settlement in Zhaoqing High-techZone, thereby "Based on Zhaoqing City, Radiating to the Greater Bay Area, and Aiming at the World", creating a leading new material solution provider integrating R&D, production, sales and application.

Suo Yanhui, Vice Chairman of Dawn Group; Song Huidong, Vice President; Tian Hongchi, General Manager of Dawn Polymer; Tan Weihong, General Manager of Qingdao New Materials Company, and Wu Yawen, General Manager of Dawn Polymer (Guangdong) Company attended the event. Officials from relevant departments in Zhaoqing High-tech Zone, the legal representative of the former Guangdong Hyundai Engineering Plastic Co., Ltd and his team, customer representatives from companies such as Haier Washing Machine, LEOCH, Xpeng, Booster, as well as employee representatives from various departments and units of Dawn Group, were present to witness this historic moment.

On September 18th, Dawn Polymer officially acquired 100% equity of Guangdong Hyundai and initially planned to invest CNY 350 million to build new energy and electronic communications polymer new materials projects in the Guangdong base. According to reports, Guangdong Hyundai is a subsidiary of South Korea's Hyundai Group. Established in Zhaoqing High-tech Zone, Guangdong Province in 2002, it mainly produces and operates various high-performance special plastic products to provide supporting services to Korean-owned automobile companies. 

As a nationally recognized high-tech enterprise and a "Little Giant" enterprise with specialization, refinement, differentiation, and innovation, Dawn Polymer has established nine bases both domestically and internationally. It is a leading producer of polymer composite materials in China. Currently, Dawn Polymer has set strategic goals to "strengthen the main industry, deepen the two chains, and refine the three segments", which is dedicated to building a green, low-carbon, and high-end chemical new materials base.

"We plan to officially start the first phase of our project in April next year. After the second phase reaches full production, the annual production capacity of modified plastics will increase by more than four times," said Wu Yawen, the General Manager. He expressed that in the future, they would provide nearby support for key customers in the high-tech zone and offer more precise, faster, and more efficient services to contribute to the expansion of business in the South China region, optimize the domestic industrial layout, and further enhance competitive advantages.

"Dawn Polymer is the core strategic supplier of Haier Group and the most competitive and trusted partner." Feng Mingzheng, deputy general manager of Foshan Haier Drum Washing Machine Company, said that after the Dawn Polymer (Guangdong) company's factory is completed and put into operation, it could quickly improve its competitive advantages in South China and its ability to serve Haier's South China factories, achieving win-win results with Haier Group and a closer cooperative relationship.

General Manager Tian Hongchi introduced the company's core products, research and development layout, and strategic positioning in his speech. He stated that as a rising star in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Zhaoqing had a large industrial agglomeration zone. Leveraging its unique geographical advantages, thriving industrial strengths, excellent business environment, and favorable industrial policies, "Dawn, rooted in Zhaoqing, will undoubtedly contribute to the development of the Greater Bay Area," he expressed.

Chairman Yu Xiaoning expressed appreciation for the superior geographical location, excellent business environment, solid industrial foundation, and pragmatic work style of Zhaoqing High-tech Zone. He emphasized that Dawn Polymer(Guangdong) Company should fully leverage its geographical advantages, stay at the forefront, understand the forefront, enter the forefront, build a frontier position in modified plastics, support the company in expanding both domestic and international markets, and contribute to the construction of a trillion-level new material industry cluster in the Greater Bay Area.

Before the ceremony, Chairman Yu Xiaoning conducted a series of business activities in Zhaoqing High-tech Zone.

Chairman Yu Xiaoning visited Zhaoqing High-tech Zone, toured the exhibition center of the zone’s science park, and gained insights into the development and future plans of the park. Subsequently, he visited LEOCH and Xpeng, exploring business opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation based on customer business needs.
