It plans to build a technology innovation center, a production base for modified plastics, masterbatches, biodegradable materials and other products, and a trade center. It is Dawn's strategic move to lay out the southwest region.

Liu Sheng, member of the Standing Committee, had a detailed understanding of the project construction progress, personnel management, safety construction, etc. at the construction site, and affirmed the phased achievements of the project construction.
