On February 11th, the three-day Dawn Group's 2023 new year induction training for new employees came to a successful conclusion at Dawn Business School. According to statistics, the Spring Festival cloud recruitment work started in mid-January. As of February 9th, a total of 1,256 job resumes were collected, and after layers of selection, 281 people were recruited, including 131 for second-line positions and 150 for frontline positions, both hitting record highs. Wang Guangtao of Dawn Titanium Industry Co., Ltd., who won the "Most Beautiful Blue Collar" of Dawn Group in 2022, as a representative of front-line employees, shared his 13-year working experience in Dawn with new employees. In the subsequent on-site visit, the new employees walked into the education base of Dawn Group to inherit the red gene and feel the influence of the red culture. In the Longkou New Material Science and Technology Industrial Park which is constructed and managed by Dawn, everyone learned more about the development history of Dawn Group and its key enterprises, and had an intuitive understanding of Dawn's corporate strength, industrial layout, technological research and development, brand value, and corporate culture.
The interesting outreach training activities have greatly improved the sense of participation of new employees.
