The supervisory unit stated that it was necessary to improve ideological understanding, firmly establish the overall awareness and sense of responsibility, implement the safety supervision work in a profound and meticulous manner, and ensure that the safety, quality, and progress of the project meet the specification requirements. The project manager said that it was necessary to roll up sleeves and work hard, keep up with the progress of the project construction, and ensure the quality of the project. Deputy General Manager Qin Guoping requested that the project department must implement the key nodes of "working hard for 100 days".

The person in charge of the project requested that the project management personnel should fully carry forward the spirit and style of Dawn's "three doings and three beings", strictly follow the division of tasks, do the work in detail, and tighten the strings of diligence, frugality, honesty and self-discipline, and accelerate the coordination of the work progress of the project to ensure high standards and strict requirements to promote construction tasks, strive to promote early completion, early production, and early results, and contribute more "Dawn Power" to the economic construction of Jiangjin Comprehensive Bonded Zone.

Before the mobilization meeting, Deputy Director Fan Mao and his party visited the construction sites of the shift building, office building, workshop, warehouse, etc., listened to the report on the construction status of the project, inquired in detail about the scale of production, labor demand, and difficulties and problems encountered in project construction, etc., and fully affirmed and recognized the execution of Dawn project construction. The project is invested and constructed by Dawn Polymer, a subsidiary of Dawn Group, one of the top 500 private enterprises in China.

According to reports, the project is located in the Jiangjin Comprehensive Bonded Area (Luohuang Industrial Park), with a total investment of 500 million yuan, covering an area of 163 mu. It plans to build a technology innovation center, a production base and trade center for modified plastics, masterbatches, biodegradable materials. This project is a major strategic move for the company to deploy in the southwest region.
