On July 15th, the graduation ceremony of the induction training for the 2022 graduates of Dawn Group was held at Dawn Business School. Newly recruited college students from Dawn Polymer(Chongqing) Company, Qingdao Rich Material Company, Qingdao New Material Company, Dawn Chemical Company, Shandong Dawn Polymer Company, Dawn Titanium Industry Company, Dawn International Trading Company, and related functional departments successfully completed all training missions after 12 days of training and study. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group and Dean of Dawn Business School, Xiao Hui, Executive Vice President, and Liu Lili, Vice President attended the relevant activities.
This training was compact and orderly, rich in content and diverse in form. It was divided into on-site visits, military training, outdoor development, intensive training and other links, which aimed to let new employees learn about the development history and development achievements of Dawn Group for more than 30 years, effectively understand the profound corporate culture connotation of Dawn Group, experience the work spirit and work style of Dawn people, and enhance their sense of belonging and achievement.
At the opening ceremony on July 4th, Vice President Liu Lili introduced the company's development, product structure, talent introduction and cultivation to the new employees, and shared a letter "A Letter from Ren Zhengfei to New Employees", a book - "Zhang Yimou's Homework" and a story - "The Eagle's Story" to them. During the 5-day military training, Dawn Group specially invited the frontier inspection station instructors to conduct military training for new employees. Under the high temperature, the wind and the rain, new employees insisted on training and learning, which tempered their willpower, strengthened their sense of discipline, improved their teamwork ability, and laid a good foundation for quickly adapting to the workplace environment and teamwork. In the military performance, the new employees won bursts of applause for their uniform pace, sonorous and powerful slogans, fortitude and upright posture, and courageous and enterprising style. The training camp arranged outdoor development activities with the theme of "Tomorrow's Sequoia", and set up ice-breaking warm-up, team self-portrait, speed and passion, frisbee, linking game, fast splicing, poker grouping, dynamic circle and other projects.
