On the eve of "July 1st", the "Factory Celebration" was approaching. Dawn Chemical Co., Ltd
35 new employees gave passionate speeches to show their style

    On the morning of June 25th, Dawn Chemical Co., Ltd held the 2022 new employees thematic speech competition of “Pursuing the Dreams and Winning the Future Together” at Dawn Business School, which aimed to show employee’s style, help them to learn about and integrate into Dawn culture, and deepen their sense of responsibility and mission for their job. Chairman and president of Dawn Group, Yu Xiaoning attended the activity and delivered a speech. Members of the leadership teams in Dawn Group, representatives of various functional departments and business units, and all cadres and employees of Dawn Chemical Co., Ltd also participated. 

     The 35 contestants took an oath, which meant that the event was officially kicked off. The contestants took the stage to give speeches in turn and used the stage to express their gratitude to the company, leaders and colleagues, as well as their confidence and determination to contribute to the development of the enterprise. During the event, Zhan Yuhao, Xia Wenhao, Diao Pingping and Sun Hexiang sang passionately and interacted with the audience. The singing ignited the entire venue and pushed the atmosphere of the event to its climax.

     After fierce competition, Zhang Jiaxiang from the copolymer pp department and Li Songdi from the procurement management department won the first prize. In addition, 4 people for the second prize, and 6 people for the third prize were also selected. The main judges came to the stage to present awards to the winners and took a group photo.

      Mr. Xie, general manager of Dawn Chemical, affirmed the wonderful performance of the contestants.       On the morning of June 25th, Shandong Dawn Polymer Co., Ltd held a skill competition event "Celebrating the founding of the Communist Party of China, Celebrating the establishment of Dawn Group, Comparing the Skills, and Showing Our Style". Yu Xiaoning, chairman and president of Dawn Group and chairman of Dawn Polymer, attended the event and delivered a speech. Members of the leadership team of Dawn Group, heads of various functional departments, general managers of various units, cadres above the manager level of Shandong Dawn Polymer Co., Ltd, participants, and employee representatives participated in the event.

      This skill competition event provided a platform for front-line employees to learn skills, exchange technologies, and demonstrate skills. In combination with the actual work, the company carefully set up three competitions, including packaging competition, maintenance competition, and forklift competition.        After one and a half hours of intense competition, the first, second, and third places were selected respectively. Among them, Wu Yulei and Zhong Chongjian won the first place in Group A of the packaging competition; Sun Shulin and Jiang Zhenlong won the first place in Group B of the packaging competition; Yu Jianguo won the first place of pipeline welding in the maintenance competition; Wang Sheng won the first place of inverter troubleshooting in the maintenance competition; Duan Kanghong won the first place in the forklift competition. The company leaders presented awards to the winners and took a group photo.

Being Diligent and Ingenious for Craftsman Spirit

      On June 25th, Dawn Titanium held a skill contest of "Being Diligent and Ingenious for Craftsman Spirit", aiming to promote the "craftsman spirit", establish a work style of diligence and ingenuity, and improve the technical level of the majority of employees. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, attended the event and delivered a speech. Executive Vice President Xiao Hui, Vice Presidents Liu Lili, and Qiu Huanling attended the activity, and cadres and employees of Dawn Titanium also participated in the event.

      This skill competition was divided into 7 competition items, involving key positions in all workshops. At the event site, the participating team members were full of energy and high fighting spirit. With high morale and enthusiasm, they actively participated in various competitions. The skilled operation showed the good psychological quality and superb skill level of the players. They encouraged each other, actively communicated and improved together, which fully demonstrated the enterprise spirit of "unity, hardwork, and pursuit of excellence". According to the rules of the competition, the judges made selections strictly, guided and corrected the deficiencies of individual employees after the competition.

       After a morning of intense competition, all competitions came to a successful conclusion.
