On the afternoon of December 15th, Jiang Lichao, a member of the Propaganda Group of Longkou Municipal Committee of the communist party of China and Executive Vice Minister of the Propaganda Department, visited Dawn and preached the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
