On June 4th, Dawn Group was invited to participate in the activities of 2020 Social Award, Grants Awarding Ceremony, and Learning Spirit Construction Month of Polymer Science and Engineering Academy in Qingdao University of Science and Technology. Liu Lili, Director of Human Resources of Dawn Group and Deputy Dean of Dawn Business School, Liu Xiuping, Deputy Minister of Human Resources Management Department and Deputy Dean of Dawn Business School, attended the event and awarded the "Dawn Special Scholarship" to outstanding students. At the same time, Dawn Group won the "Best Cooperation Unit of the Year" of Polymer Science and Engineering Academy.

It is reported that a total of 29 students won the "Dawn Special Scholarship" this time, including 1 doctor, 8 masters, and 20 undergraduates. Among them are CPC party members, outstanding people who have won the "First Prize in the National College Student Mathematics Competition", the school-level outstanding cadre award, the outstanding technology award, and the outstanding volunteers.

In the morning, Director Liu Lili and her colleagues had an in-depth exchange with the leaders of Polymer Science and Engineering Academy. They reviewed and summarized the past close cooperation in talent introduction, talent training, and technological R&D, and discussed innovative ideas and new models of resource sharing, complementary technological advantages, and integration of production and education. Both sides expressed that they would continue to deepen cooperation and create a win-win situation.

Afterwards, Director Liu Lili and her colleagues had a cordial discussion with the students who received the "Dawn Special Scholarship", introduced the strategic planning, development prospects, corporate culture, talent needs, talent training, and promotion channels of Dawn Group, carefully guided the students how to make a good career plan, and encouraged them to work hard, build their core competitiveness, and become the talents of society in the future. The award-winning students expressed their gratitude and said that they would never let the enterprise down because of the care and encouragement, continue to forge ahead under the honor, and live it to the fullest.

In August 2020, Chen Kezheng, President of QUST, came to Dawn for investigation and visit and encouraged everyone to use their academic advantages and make greater contributions to company. In September, on the 70th anniversary of the founding of QUST, Dawn Group donated CNY2 million which is mainly for scientific research funding and outstanding student scholarships to support the development of university education with practical actions.

For many years, Dawn Group cooperated closely with QUST, established Dawn Polymer Class and Dawn Special Scholarship, adopted the mode of "flexible talent recruitment", and introduced high-end scientific and technological talent. The school-enterprise cooperation between both sides has made great achievements. In the future, both sides will continue to seek new breakthroughs in science and technology, industry, talents, student practice, and employment, use their advantages to build a technological innovation system that integrates production, education, and research, and jointly achieve mutual benefit and win-win results for both schools and enterprises.
