On June 5th, Dawn Group launched an outreach activity with theme of“Seize the Day and Live it to the Full” for young cadre training classes in Muping District, Yantai City, which aimed at tempering their will & character and promoting the rapid growth of young talents. Chairman and President of Dawn Group, Dean of Dawn Business School Yu Xiaoning, Vice Executive President and Deputy Dean of Dawn Business School Xiao Hui, Director of Human Resources and Deputy Dean of Dawn Business School Liu Lili attended the mobilization ceremony.

In his mobilization speech, Chairman Yu Xiaoning pointed out that young talents are the backbone of Dawn's high-quality development. Everyone is full of infinite possibilities. Everyone must cherish the present time and strive for the "14th Five-Year Plan" with passion. "We must live up to the training and continuously improve our professional level and management ability," Zhan Yucheng, deputy director of the Human Resources Management Department of Dawn Group and the monitor of the youth team, said.

On the way to the destination, Dawn Business School organized the students to participate in the "Corporate Culture Competition" and watch patriotic education videos. Everyone was full of enthusiasm. In the outreach activities, the trainees were divided into three teams: the Fairy Operation team, the Cheer Up team, and the Liangliang team. In the well-designed "Excellent Team" activity, with the theme of "playing baseball, learning management, and learning from coaches", the growth process of a team was realistically simulated through the change of offensive and defensive roles.

In the end, the fairy operation team won the championship with excellent results after 8 rounds of competition. Xiao Hui, the executive vice president, jointly opened champagne to celebrate the joy of success with the winning students.

Playing baseball and meanwhile learning management. The captain of champion team and deputy director of the strategic operation management department Chi Weiqiu analyzed the way to victory and said that scientifically formulating strategic goals, rationally assigning team roles, and decomposing indicators at different levels require each to perform their duties and teamwork. Continuously optimizing the strategy and the spirit of never giving up are the keys to victory. Cai Yongsheng, manager of the project management department, said in the sharing, “Teamwork spirit is the key to supporting us to the end. When we are physically exhausted, we encourage for each other. Although we do not win in the end, we have gained a lot from the persistence in the process. In the evening party, the trainees compiled and performed wonderful programs by themselves, demonstrating Dawn people’s vigorous and energetic spirit. Accompanied by the melody of youth and the dynamic beat, everyone sang "Song of Dawn" and shouted the slogan "achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration", and then the atmosphere of the party reached a climax. The party attracted friends from the Bank of Beijing CO., Ltd, a neighboring venue. “We used Dawn masks. We want to express our admiration for Dawn's contribution and responsibility during COVID-19.
