On July 22, at the wrap-up banquet for the Class of 2026 new graduate orientation held at the Dawn Lakeside Hotel, 120 new hires brought a successful conclusion to the 20-day program with resounding songs, showcasing their high aspirations to put down roots in the company and forge ahead together. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group and Dean of Dawn Business School, attended the event and delivered a speech.

The university students recruited this year—set to graduate in 2026—hail from 21 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country, representing 43 institutions and 40 majors; their arrival injects fresh vitality into the company's high-quality development.
