On June 27th, Dawn people gathered at Dawn Bridge to hold a cultural performance, jointly celebrating the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 35th anniversary of the founding of Dawn Group. This grand event is both a heartfelt reflection on the enterprise's thirty-five-year industrial journey and a prelude to all Dawn people's endeavor to follow the Party flag and forge ahead with concrete action.

Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, attended the event and delivered a speech. Board members and the executive leadership team of Dawn Group, heads of various functional departments, managers at or above the division level from business units, trainees from the Young Leadership Program, retired senior executives, employees, Party member representatives, as well as guests participating in the "Dawn Cup" Golf Friendship Tournament, representatives from partner enterprises, and leaders from neighboring villages and communities—all gathered together to celebrate Dawn’s milestone anniversary, share bonds of solidarity, and chart a blueprint for future development.

At 18:58 that evening, the opening dance officially kicked off the cultural performance. Chairman Yu Xiaoning, accompanied by the executive leadership team, took the stage to deliver a speech. He stated: "Over the past thirty-five years of trials and tribulations, all Dawn people have always cherished the grand vision of 'leading the industry trend, building a national brand, and achieving a century-old Dawn.' We have upheld the corporate spirit of 'unity and hard work, striving for excellence,' and have unwaveringly fulfilled our corporate mission of 'developing the enterprise, bringing happiness to our employees, and giving back to society.'"

Standing at the historic new starting point of the 15th Five-Year Plan, "We will continue to carry forward the fine traditions of the Party, uphold the core values of Dawn Group, and with firmer conviction, a more pragmatic work style, and a more open mindset, move from product delivery to value co-creation with our customers, and from walking hand in hand to strategic synergy with our partners. We will persistently tackle key challenges in critical fields of new materials, contributing Dawn’s strength to the nation’s pursuit of technological self-reliance and self-strengthening." Chairman Yu Xiaoning’s words illuminated the way forward for all employees and bolstered their confidence in forging ahead.

This anniversary cultural performance was structured around three "national-level" honors, unfolding into three corresponding chapters. Among them, the Injection Molding Materials R&D Team of Dawn Polymer’s Elastomer R&D Department made a live appearance as a recipient of the "National Model Worker Vanguard" award. "The recognition at the Great Hall of the People, the earnest exhortations during the provincial party secretary’s symposium—these constantly remind us that the responsibility on our shoulders is heavier, and the road beneath our feet stretches farther," said Sun Xianru, head of the award-winning team.

The three-day "Dawn Cup" Golf Friendship Tournament invited partners from all walks of life to meet over golf and discuss shared development. During the evening gala, highlights of the tournament were played, and awards were presented to winners across various categories. The Longkou Golf Association, the Dawn Golf Team, and others each presented birthday gifts to the Dawn Group, thereby deepening bonds and mutual understanding, and joining hands toward a bright future of win-win cooperation.

During the performance, brilliant fireworks soared into the night sky, their cascading light reflecting across Dawn Lake and Dawn Bridge, embodying the heartfelt aspirations of all Dawn people to serve the nation through industry and steadily march forward. Audience members raised their phones to capture this moving moment.

From June 26th to 27th, the Dawn Polymer New Materials sector and the Titanium sector respectively held major skills competitions, aiming to vigorously promote the spirit of labor, the spirit of model workers, and the spirit of craftsmanship, foster innovation and creativity among all employees, and build a highly skilled industrial workforce.

As this exclusive festival of Dawn arrived, Dawn people from all corners of the land poured out their heartfelt confessions, deeply cultivating a sense of family and national devotion.
