From May 21st to 22nd, the 10th Silk Road Expo and the China East-West Cooperation and Investment Trade Fair were held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. Wang Haipeng, Standing Committee Member of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Yan'an Municipal Party Committee, and Guo Zhuguo, Deputy Secretary of the Yan'an Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Yan'an, attended the event. Gu Faming, Chairman of Shandong Dawn Hanguang Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dawn Hanguang), participated in the business exchange activities and signed a project cooperation agreement with Yan'an City and relevant units on behalf of Dawn Hanguang, which aimed to expand business layout and development space in Northwest China and deeply integrate into the overall revitalization and development of the old revolutionary base area through practical actions.

At the symposium for key investment enterprises in Yan'an City held on the afternoon of May 21st, Chairman Gu Faming spoke about the company's advantages, investment intentions in Yan'an, and practical cooperation between the company and the local government. He stated that Yan'an City and Fuxian County were at a critical stage of industrial transformation and development. The "One Park, Three Zones" construction project being implemented in Fuxian County aligns well with Dawn Hanguang's chemical new materials industry layout. "We will actively promote the project's implementation, aiming to create another 'Daqing Hanguang' in Yan'an, and contributing to the industrial upgrading of this old revolutionary base area."

On the morning of May 22nd, Chairman Gu Faming attended the Yan'an Key Industries Investment Promotion Conference and Signing Ceremony. He introduced the relevant information on cooperation projects with Fuxian County of Yan'an City and Yan'an Energy and Chemical (Group). In the presence of leaders and guests, the "Yan'an Dawn Hanguang Antioxidant and Refining Additives Production and Manufacturing Project" was signed, marking a solid step forward for the three parties in deepening industrial synergy and achieving complementary advantages. Going forward, they will broaden the scope of cooperation between the enterprise and the local government, and work together for mutual benefit and development.

According to reports, Dawn Hanguang is the only domestic enterprise with the capability to produce and research and develop two major categories of additives for oil refining and chemicals. It has three production bases in Longkou, Shandong; Daqing, Heilongjiang; and Yixing, Jiangsu, specializing in producing various antioxidants and compound antioxidants for polyolefins, rubber, and nylon, as well as various functional additives. It assists customers in developing and customizing new polyolefin products, provides additive packages and product sales, and offers downstream customers technical services. It is a strategic cooperative supplier for large petrochemical companies such as PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC, and is currently accelerating the construction of a world-class antioxidant production base.
