On March 5, the 2026 New Employee Onboarding Training for Dawn Group successfully concluded at Dawn Business School, which aimed to help new employees quickly integrate into the company, embrace its culture, and successfully complete their first lesson through immersive learning, diverse practical experiences, and systematic empowerment. Wang Yongfang and Liu Lili, Vice Presidents of Dawn Group, attended the event, which was also attended by 110 new employees.

At the launch ceremony, Li Shusen from Dawn Chemical and Hu Wenshuo from Shandong Dawn Polymer Co., Ltd, as representatives of outstanding employees and frontline workers, shared their stories of hard work and dedication, inspiring new employees with strength and direction. Vice President Liu Lili stated that Dawn's development had always resonated with the growth of its talent, and expressed her hope that new employees would embrace their work and face the future with unwavering determination, shining brightly and realizing their value in their roles.

The five-day training program was well-organized, engaging, and exciting. Site visits, team-building exercises, and fun sports activities deepened the new employees' understanding of the company and allowed them to fully experience the importance of teamwork. At the group's Lantern Festival fun sports meet, the "Strive for Excellence Team," composed of new employees, demonstrated unity, hard work, and a pursuit of excellence, showcasing the vibrant spirit of Dawn's new generation.

Professional training empowers growth. Dawn Business School scientifically planned and refined its curriculum, selecting experienced lecturers to provide new employees with two intensive days of training covering corporate culture, the Dawn story, strategic planning, product knowledge, human resource management, administrative management, financial management, safety management, and risk control. This comprehensive training helped new employees build a complete understanding of their career path and master essential job skills.

At the closing ceremony, Liu Mingyang, captain of the "Wangwang Team," which won the "Best Team Award" in the team building activities, said, "As new employees, we must carry forward the spirit and style of 'Three doings and Three beings,' face challenges head-on, seize opportunities, and create extraordinary achievements based on our ordinary positions." In the onboarding exam, 10 new employees won the "Best Newcomer Award."

In his concluding remarks, Vice President Wang Yongfang stated that the new employees had injected fresh blood and vitality into Dawn. Dawn will always build a growth platform and broaden development channels for every striver. He hoped that everyone would keep their original aspirations in mind, cultivate their professional skills, and transform what they have learned in training into practical actions for doing business and starting a career.
