New Forces, New Departure! Over 100 New Dawn Employees Attend the First On-boarding Lesson

On February 14th, the 5-day Spring New Employee Induction Training Activity of Dawn Group in 2025 successfully concluded at Dawn Business School. Yu Xiaoning, the chairman, president of Dawn Group and dean of Dawn Business School, attended the graduation ceremony and delivered a speech. It is reported that this year's Spring recruitment was launched in mid-January. After a series of selections, more than a hundred people stood out and successfully joined the company.

"New employees are the fresh blood and impetus for an enterprise's development. Dawn attracts talent with high-end platforms and retains them through care and incentives." At the launch ceremony on February 10, Zhan Fudong, Deputy Head of the Human Resources Management Department, gave a welcome address. Vice President Liu Lili introduced the talent incentive system, cadre training system and career development paths, encouraging new employees to be proactive and diligent. She said Dawn is eager to collaborate with like-minded partners to forge ahead and achieve a shared prosperous future during the journey of leapfrog development.


 
"One should accumulate knowledge and experience through continuous learning, move forward with practical actions, be brave in exploration, and firmly believe that efforts will be proportional to rewards." As an outstanding employee representative, Kang Tiantian from Dawn Chemical recounted her story of self-growth through learning and practice. Wang Wei from Dawn Titanium Industry Co., Ltd., who was honored as the "Most Beautiful Blue-Collar" of Dawn Group in 2024, shared his 16-year work experience at Dawn with new employees. He encouraged new employees to strive for success and gain achievements in the big family of Dawn, establish the concept that "dreams start with learning and careers are accomplished by capabilities", regard Dawn as a responsibility field for lifelong dedication, and keep growing and exploring.

The 5-day training activities were compact, well-arranged and full of highlights. Through on-site visits, team-building exercises and fun sports, new employees' intuitive understanding of the enterprise was deepened, and they fully experienced the importance of teamwork. At the Lantern Festival Fun Games of the group company with the theme of "Smart Serpent's Wise Journey, Challenging New Heights", the "Go-Getters Team" composed of new employees united, strived hard, pursued excellence and demonstrated the new blood of Dawn.


     The theoretical learning sessions held on the 13th and 14th were the highlight. Dawn Business School made scientific plans and actively communicated to further enrich and refine the curriculum system. Nine senior lecturers were selected to give lectures. Combining their respective work practices, they explained professional knowledge and rules and regulations in aspects such as corporate culture, Dawn's stories, strategic planning, product knowledge, human resources management, administrative management, financial management, safety management, and risk control to new employees. After two days of study, everyone said that they had gained a great deal from the theoretical courses. The lecturers' professionalism and rigour deeply inspired everyone, becoming role models for future work and study.
  
     At the completion ceremony on February 14th, Qiao Fenglu, the new-employee representative, spoke with great enthusiasm. "As new employees, we should carry forward the work spirit of 'committing, striving, and going all-out', implement the work style of 'being eager, competitive, and aggressive', embrace opportunities, face challenges head-on, and create extraordinary achievements in ordinary positions." During the team-building activities, the "Peppa Pig Team" won the "Best Team Award". In the on-boarding exam, 12 new employees received the "Best Newcomer Award", and Chairman Yu Xiaoning presented honorary certificates and prizes to the employees.


  
      "What do we work for? How can we do our jobs well?" In the view of Chairman Yu Xiaoning, for young people, to grow and succeed better, and even achieve great careers, they must correctly establish the "Three Views", strive to implement the "Four Careers", practice the "Four Spirits", and whole-heartedly do every task well with strong execution. Chairman Yu Xiaoning emphasized that Dawn Group has always adhered to the employment concept of "selecting the right people, cultivating them well, using them appropriately, retaining them, and enabling them to achieve success", and deeply practiced the management concept of "cultural edification and institutional restraint", striving to create a development platform that continuously adds value for employees. "It is hoped that new employees will seize opportunities, work hard, be brave enough to shoulder social and family responsibilities, and become new-era youth with ideals and ambitions.
