On the afternoon of January 9th, Zhu Yanhong, the second-level inspector of the All-China Seamen's Union National Committee, and her delegation visited Dawn Group for a New Year and Spring Festival survey and care activity. They brought care and support from the Party, government, and union organizations to the employees' hearts. The event was attended by Liu Shangtao, Vice Chairman of the Shandong Seamen's Union, Zhou Yongwei, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Yantai Federation of Trade Unions, Shi Xiubo, Party Branch Secretary and Director of Yantai International Seamen's Club, Sun Ping, Vice Chairman of the Longkou Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee and Chairman of the Longkou Federation of Trade Unions, and Wang Yongfang, Vice President of Dawn Group.

In the lobby on the first floor of Dawn Group's headquarters, the leaders participating in the event presented employees with funds, as well as rice, flour, peanut oil, seasonings. They also listened to presentations on the company’s development, the shipping sector, and the international logistics company, while offering guiding suggestions for the trade union’s work. "After Laba Festival, the New Year is upon us. We are here to visit the enterprise and bring some New Year goods to everyone!" said Zhu Yanhong. She expressed that Dawn Group is an outstanding private enterprise and encouraged young employees to actively engage in innovative practices, striving to achieve extraordinary results in their everyday roles.

The research visit to the company and the heartfelt care shown truly resonated with employees. "This care is like a timely rain, making our families feel incredibly warm," said the family member of a Dawn Titanium Industry employee, expressing deep gratitude for the support and assistance provided by the various levels of trade unions and the leaders of Dawn Group. Mr. Zheng, an employee of the Dawn Park Management Committee, also shared his appreciation: "In the future, I will approach my work with an even more positive attitude, stay dedicated to my position, and repay the care and concern from the leaders with practical actions. Dawn is my home, and I will always take good care of it!"
