A few days ago, the China Association Of Productivity Promotion Centers announced the evaluation results of the 2023 "Productivity Promotion Award".
The project "Key Technology and Industrialization of Bi-Component Spunbond Nonwoven Material Preparation" of Dawn SWT was awarded the Second Prize of Productivity Promotion (Innovation and Development) for the year 2023.
As the highest award in the field of national technological services, the "Productivity Promotion Award" includes four sub-categories: Development Achievement Award, Service Contribution Award, Innovation and Development Award, and Service Excellence Award. The award aims to recognize and commend advanced collectives and individuals who have made significant achievements in the fields of technology services and productivity promotion. It seeks to motivate and inspire creators, workers, service providers, and contributors in China’s technological service and productivity promotion sectors, and promote scientific and technological innovation and productivity development in all fields.
The awarded project, "Key Technology and Industrialization of Bi-Component Spunbond Nonwoven Material Preparation," has achieved an internationally advanced level of technology. As a nationally recognized high-tech enterprise, a Shandong Province Gazelle Enterprise, and a Shandong Province "Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovative" Enterprise, Dawn SWT has continuously focused on the nonwoven fabric field. The company has developed and put into operation China’s first parallel bi-component nonwoven fabric production line, mastering the core technologies across the entire process, including nonwoven equipment R&D and manufacturing, nonwoven fabric processes, formulations, production, and applications. Dawn SWT is committed to becoming the "Softness Expert" in nonwoven fabrics.
According to reports, Dawn SWT has independently developed a bi-component spunbond modified specialty raw material, which alters the interface polarity to achieve a fluffier and more stable product performance. The company has developed a board-type melt-flexible distribution technology and created a high-throughput, multi-gradient stretching system, enabling controllable crimping of the bi-component fibers during the spinning process. They also invented multi-layer composite, fluffy, 3D, and soft nonwoven fabric forming technology, allowing the high-speed and stable production of fine-denier bi-component nonwoven materials.
Winning the "Productivity Promotion Award" fully demonstrates Dawn SWT’s product innovation and industry leadership.
